汽车行业伴随着制造业的发展至今,已近一百余年。伴随着社会的飞速发展与技术的不断革新,
汽车行业项目风险管理也以传统项目风险管理理论为基础进行了完善,以适应市场和客户的开发需
求。为了管理各种变化给企业带来的风险,平衡及实现时间,成本,质量的各项指标达成,满足客
户的交付及顺利批量投产,以及汽车新能源革命的进程快速推进,项目风险管理的重要性突显。因
此,提升优化汽车行业的项目风险管理的水平和重要性,被称为衡量企业或组织的核心竞争力之一。
本文以项目管理理论和风险管理理论为基础,以奥托立夫公司 JP项目开发过程中的风险管理为
案例研究对象,对项目风险管理的现状进行了深入的调查和分析。依据现状梳理出项目风险开发过
程中识别的风险问题,针对这些风险问题通过风险矩阵法进行定性和定量的风险分析,根据风险评
价的结果确定了各风险等级和数量,并对相应的风险提出了风险应对实施优化策略。另外,基于整
个项目风险管理优化研究的过程,制定保障措施,包括完善项目风险管理体系;强化项目监控;优
化项目风险控制流程;提升企业风险文化建设等,对公司未来项目风险管理系统能力提升优化打下
基础。
研究结果表明,本文对适用于奥托立夫公司 JP项目风险清单进行了梳理,以期对项目团队在前
期报价与开发时起到一定的指导与借鉴作用。整理了风险排序矩阵,对项目资源配置有一定借鉴意
义,并根据风险排序矩阵,制定了具有针对性的关键风险应对措施,极大地减少了同类项目在开发
时重复出现相同问题。优化保障措施,强化公司风险管理体系,为进一步提高企业风险管理体制与
流程的水平提供补充与完善。也希望本论文研究结果也能为国内汽车零部件企业提供参考,尤其对
我国民营汽车零部件企业项目风险管理可以起到参考与借鉴作用。

Abstract
The automotive industry has been accompanied by the development of manufacturing industry for more
than 100 years. With the rapid development of society and continuous innovation of technology, project risk
management in the automotive industry has been perfected in order to meet the development needs of the
market and customers. Managing the risks of various changes to the enterprise, balance and achieve the time,
cost and quality targets, meet customer delivery and smooth mass production, and the rapid progress of the
automotive new energy revolution, the importance of project risk management is highlighted. Therefore,
improving the level and importance of project risk management for optimizing the automotive industry is
called one of the core competencies of an enterprise or organization.
Based on the project management theory and risk management theory, and taking the risk management
in the course of JP project development of Autoliv Company as the case stud, this thesis makes a thorough
investigation and analysis of the current situation of project risk management. According to the present
situation, theriskproblems identifiedin projectriskdevelopment areanalyzed qualitativelyand
quantitatively through risk matrix method, the risk levels and quantities are determined according to the
results of risk evaluation, and the optimal strategy of risk response is proposed. In addition, based on the
whole project risk managementoptimization process, the safeguard measures shouldbe formulated,
including the improvement of project risk management system. Enhanced project monitoring; Optimizing
project risk control process; Improving the enterprise risk culture, it will bring a solid fundamental to the
company's future project risk management system.
The results show that this thesis summarized the risk list of JP project applicable to Autoliv, in order to
provide some guidance and reference for the project team in the early bidding and development. According
to the risk ranking matrix, the key risk response measures are formulated, which greatly reduce the recurrence
of the same problems in the development of similar projects. Optimize the safeguard measures, set up the
company risk management system, to further improve the level of enterprise risk management system and
process. It is also hoped that the results of this thesis can provide reference for domestic auto parts enterprises,
especially for the private auto parts enterprises in China.
