摘要
我国处于经济快速发展期,社会竞争激烈,组织变革加快,使得员工感到
较大的工作压力,各行业都有可能成为职业倦怠的高发群体。学者们的前期研
究表明,职业倦怠与旷工、离职、低生产率、低工作满意度和低工作投入有关,
在世界范围内普遍存在,给个人和社会带来不同程度的负面影响。因此关注和
研究员工职业倦怠具有重要的意义。A医疗器械消毒服务公司为物流能力覆盖范
围内的医院、诊所、保健机构等部门提供可复用医疗器械的接收、清洗、消毒、
包装、灭菌和运送等服务,公司员工作为一类特殊的职业群体每日面对各种医
疗器械和物品,重复着相同的清洗消毒、检查保养、包装和灭菌的工作,面临
市场的激烈竞争的同时,员工在高度集中、高强度的工作状态和长期压力之下,
如果产生职业倦怠问题,不仅影响员工自身的健康和行为,更会导致相关工作
疏忽,造成医学诊疗活动中不可挽回的损失。因此,针对该特殊行业员工的职
业倦怠研究理应给予更多的关注,对稳定企业人力队伍,保障职业安全和患者
诊疗健康起到积极的作用。
本研究通过文献检索,现场实地考察了解公司员工集中反馈的问题方向,
采用职业倦怠合并自行设计的职业倦怠相关影响因素调查表。首先通过小样本
预调研,对问卷进行信度和效度分析,确定了正式调查问卷并发放正式调查问
卷。后续通过对正式问卷数据进行统计,对样本构成和样本整体职业倦怠程度
进行了描述性分析;针对研究样本基本信息采用单因素方差分析,判断其对职
业倦怠量表的三个维度(情感耗竭、疏离和无效能感)是否存差异以及差异情
况;利用多元线性回归分析相关影响因素分别对职业倦怠三个维度的影响。
通过上述多维度分析,找到了与员工职业倦怠主要关联因素后,根据行业
和组织实际情况,提出几点针对性对策用以改善职业倦怠,希望能引起组织管
理层的重视并在未来的管理中有效规避风险,促进组织健康发展。

ABSTRACT
Abstract
Our country is in theperiod of rapid economic development, thesocial
competition is fierce, and the organizational reform is accelerating, which makes
employees feel great work pressure, and all industries may become a high incidence
group of job burnout. Previous studies by scholars have shown that job burnout is
related to absenteeism, resignation, low productivity, low job satisfaction and low
work input. It is widespread in the world and has brought different negative effects on
individuals and society. Therefore, it is of great significance to pay attention to and
study employees' job burnout. A medical devicedisinfection service company
provides services such as receiving, cleaning, disinfection, packaging, sterilization
and transportation of reusable medical devices for hospitals, clinics, health care
institutions and other departments within the scope of logistics capacity. As a special
professional group, employees of the institution face various medical devices and
articles every day and repeat the same work of cleaning, disinfection, inspection and
maintenance, packagingand sterilization,Under thehighly concentratedand
intensive working conditions and long-term pressure, if employees have job burnout,
it will not only affect their own health and behavior, but also lead to related work
negligence, resulting inirreparable losses inmedical diagnosis and treatment
activities. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the research on the job burnout
of employees in this special industry, which plays a positive role in stabilizing the
enterprise's human resources, ensuring occupational safety and the health of patients.
Through literature search and on-the-spot investigation, this study understands
the problem direction ofcentralized feedback from enterprise employees, and
comprehensively adopts the standardized scale of job burnout and the self-designed
questionnaire of related influencing factors of job burnout. First, through a small
sample pre survey, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed, and
the formal questionnaire was determined and distributed. Subsequently, through the
statistics of the formal questionnaire data, the sample composition and the overall

degree of job burnout of the sample were analyzed descriptively; According to the
basic information of the research samples, one-way ANOVA was used to determine
whether there were differences in the three dimensions of the job burnout scale
(emotional exhaustion, alienation and ineffectiveness) and the differences; Multiple
linear regression was used to analyze the influence of related factors on the three
dimensions of job burnout.
Through the above multi-dimensional analysis, after finding the main factors
related to employees' job burnout, according to the actual situation of the industry and
the organization, this paper puts forward several targeted countermeasures to alleviate
job burnout, hopingto attract theattention of the organizationmanagement,
effectively avoid risks in future management, and promote the healthy development
of the organization.
