S商业银行一线员工职业倦怠影响因素及对策研究
摘要
我国银行业发展日新月异,政策性银行、国有大型商业银行、地方法人金融机
构、村镇银行等各类银行机构不断拓展新的网点,银行业容纳越来越多的就业人口,
同时随着竞争压力的增大,商业银行尤其是一线员工工作压力与日俱增。据了解,
银行员工是职业倦怠最严重的群体之一,职业倦怠会直接导致员工工作效率低下,
影响s商业银行的整体绩效和队伍管理。因此,本文针对s商业银行一线员工职业
倦怠研究有着现实意义。
以s商业银行一线员工为研究对象,通过广泛研读相关的文献资料,总结前人
的研究成果,通过对s商业银行一线员工开展访谈,分析s商业银行职业倦怠现状,
结合结合访谈结果设计并发放调查问卷,分析问卷结果找出S商业银行一线员工职
业倦怠的影响因素,结合相关理论提出相应的解决对策并提出对于解决对策的相关
保障措施。研究内容分为六个部分。第一部分为绪论。主要阐述研究背景和研究意
义,研究内容、研究思路和研究方法。第二部分为相关概述及理论。主要阐述职业
倦怠的概念、维度及相关的理论,国内外职业倦怠研究现状。第三部分为S商业银
行一线员工职业倦怠现状。主要阐述S商业银行基本情况以及职业倦怠现状。第四
部分为S商业银行一线员工职业倦怠影响因素分析。结合前文访谈及问卷结果分别
从个体、工作、组织三个方面分析S银行一线员工职业倦怠的影响因素。第五部分
为S银行一线员工职业倦怠相关对策。结合相关理论及前文分析的影响因素分别从
个体、工作、组织三个方面提处相关对策。第六部分为结论,并指出研究的不足之
处并提出对未来研究者的期待。通过对S银行一线员工职业倦怠的研究,来分析、
解决其他银行员工类似的问题,让银行从业者们更幸福的工作、生活。

ABSTRACT
Developments in China's banking industry, policy Banks, state-owned commercial
Banks, local corporate financial institutions, rural Banks and other banking institutions
continue to expand new outlets, Banks hold more and more employment, at the same
time with the increase of the pressure of competition, commercial Banks especially
frontline staff work pressure is growing.It is understood that bank employees are one of
the most serious groups of job burnout. Job burnout will directly lead to low work
efficiency of employees and affect the overall performance and team management of S
Commercial Bank.Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the job burnout of
front-line employees in S Commercial Bank in this paper.
Author s employees commercial Banks as the research object, through extensive
reading of related literature, summarizes the research achievements of predecessors,
through to the employees "s commercial Banks to carry out interviews, analysis of
commercial bank s job burnout status quo, combined with the design of interviews and
questionnaires, the analysis of the questionnaire results to find s frontline employees' job
burnout influence factors of commercial Banks, combined with related theories put
forward corresponding countermeasures and put forward countermeasures for solving the
related security measures.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the
introduction. This paper mainly expounds the research background and significance,
research content, research ideas and research methods. The second part is related
overview and theory. This paper mainly expounds the concept, dimensions and related
theories of job burnout, and the research status of job burnout at home and abroad. The
third part is the current situation of job burnout of s commercial bank. This paper mainly
expounds the basic situation of s Commercial Bank and the current situation of job
burnout. The fourth part is the analysis of the influencing factors of s Commercial Bank
front-line employees' job burnout. Combined with the results of the previous interview
and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of job burnout from three
aspects of individual, work and organization. The fifth part is the Countermeasures of s
Bank's front-line employees' job burnout. Combined with the relevant theories and the
influencing factors of the previous analysis, this paper puts forward relevant
countermeasures from three aspects of individual, work and organization. The sixth part
