21世纪以来,各种信息技术层出不穷,信息技术的广泛应用给社会、经济各
个领域带来巨大的变化,依托互联网技术,人们的生活、沟通方式也发生改变,
变得更加方便、快捷。“互联网+”的理念使得传统产业与互联网深度拥抱融合,
国内企业运营进入了数字化时代,通过数字化提升企业的生产经营效率。云计算、
大数据、5G、人工智能等技术的出现,加速智慧化社会的到来,云管平台作为一
款面向终端用户的应用软件,在云计算领域中扮演重要的角色,为企业提供有效
的 ICT资源管理手段,随着云计算技术的发展,企业对云管平台软件的可用性、
可靠性、兼容性等方面要求也越来也高。由于,国内软件项目质量管理的研究相
对西方国家起步较晚,软件项目的质量管理水平还无法满足未来软件的发展,还
需进一步提升。
本文以 TY公司云管研发项目为研究对象,提出一套适合云管研发项目质量
管理的优化方案。云管研发项目在开发过程中,由于项目质量管理不严,导致项
目的阶段性交付成果与项目需求存在较大偏差,客户满意度不高,影响项目的最
终验收以及公司的声誉,因此,需要结合项目实际情况制定项目质量管理优化方
案。本文首先对云计算技术、项目质量管理等相关概念进行解析,结合项目质量
管理相关理论及工具方法,对云管研发项目质量管理的问题和原因进行分析,识
别影响项目质量管理的主要因素,针对主要原因提出相应的改进方案,从人员、
制度、资金、技术等方面提出可行的保障措施,确保项目质量管理优化方案的顺
利实施。
通过对云管研发项目质量管理的案例分析研究,从项目需求管理、质量管理
规划、质量控制过程、质量管理持续改进等方面来探索软件项目质量管理的有效
办法,希望对国内其他中小软件企业公司的软件项目质量管理改进提供参考价值。

Abstract
Since the 21st century, various information technologies have emerged one after another, and
the wide application of information technology has brought great changes to various fields of society
and economy. Relying on Internet technology, people's lives and communication methods have also
changed, becoming more convenient and faster. The concept of "Internet +" makes the traditional
industry and the Internet deeply embrace and integrate, and the operation of domestic enterprises
has entered the digital age, and the production and operation efficiency of enterprises will be
improved through digitalization. The emergence of cloud computing, big data, 5G, artificial
intelligence and other technologies has accelerated the arrival of an intelligent society. As an
application software for end users, cloud management platform plays an important role in the field
of cloud computing, providing enterprises with effective ICT resource management means, with the
development ofcloud computingtechnology, enterpriseshavehigher requirementson the
availability, reliability, and compatibility of cloud management platform software. Because the
research on the quality management of software projects in China started relatively late compared
to Western countries, the quality management level of software projects cannot meet the future
development of software, and needs to be further improved.
This paper takes the cloud management R&D project of TY Company as the research object,
and proposes a set of optimization schemes suitable for the quality management of cloud
management R&D projects. During the development process of the cloud management R&D
project, due to the lack of strict project quality management, there is a large deviation between the
staged deliverables of the project and the project requirements, and the customer satisfaction is not
high, which affects the final acceptance of the project and the company's reputation. It is necessary
to formulate a project quality management optimization plan based on the actual situation of the
project. This paper first analyzes related concepts such as cloud computing technology and project
quality management. Combined with the relevant theories and tools and methods of project quality
management, it analyzes the problems and causes of the quality management of cloud

management R&D projects, and identify the main factors affecting project quality management,
put forward corresponding improvement plans for the main reasons, and put forward feasible
safeguard measures in terms of personnel, systems, funds, technology, etc., to ensure the smooth
implementation of the project quality management optimization plan.
Through the case analysis and research on the quality management of cloud management
R&D projects, we will explore effective methods of software project quality management from the
project requirements management, quality management planning, quality control process,
continuous improvement of quality management, etc. it is hoped to provide reference value for the
improvement of software project quality management of other small and medium-sized software
enterprise companies in China.
