近年来随着我国经济稳步提升和人们消费需求的增长,国家制造业蓬勃发
展,作为机械制造、汽车零部件、大型锻造、航天航空等制造领域生产过程中必
备耗材的新材料切割工具的锯切市场需求也出现了较明显的增长。
湖南泰嘉新材料科技股份有限公司作为新材料锯切行业内的重点企业,一直
专注于锯切产品的研发生产与销售,相关产业的发展也良好的促进了泰嘉新材的
发展契机。随着国外新材料锯切产品的涌入,为国内生产新材料锯切产品的企业
在企业实力方面的提升加剧了市场的竞争,再加上原材料价格波动、汇率波动、
下游行业经济度波动等因素的影响,因此泰嘉新材在未来发展面临着巨大的挑
战。所以,面对新的挑战,泰嘉新材要确定核心发展方向,加强战略规划和思考,
提出实施计划,提高企业的竞争力赢得市场和发展空间。
本文将泰嘉新材作为研究对象,借助波特五力模型、PEST分析法和SWOT
分析模型为主要分析工具,构建 EFE矩阵和 IEF矩阵进行分析企业,采用定量
战略计划矩阵,深入分析了公司的内外部环境和行业环境等方面。通过 PEST分
析法,可以得出外部环境的变化是对公司有利的,通过借助波特五力模型的分析,
可以得出从行业环境来看,公司在行业内有很高的竞争实力,但是国内其他企业
和国外的企业在竞争中依旧威胁很大;通过利用 SWOT分析模型,对泰嘉新材
公司内部的优劣势、外部的机会与威胁可以分析得出,公司内部存在着一些劣势,
通过矩阵分析,分析对比各个战略,分析结果得出泰嘉新材料公司选择的战略是
SO增长型最为合适。然后提出战略措施为市场渗透、产品开发、市场开发以及
多元化,增强企业提升竞争力的战略实施措施,最后从人力资源、生产研发、营
销管理、企业文化管理等方面总结了公司发展战略的保障措施,给泰嘉新材公司
未来的发展确立方向。

significantly.
As a key enterprise in the new material sawing industry, Hunan Taijia New
Material Technology Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the R&D, production and sales of
sawing products. The development of related industries has also promoted the
development opportunity of Taijia New Materials. With the influx of foreign new
material sawing products, the enhancementof enterprise strength for domestic
enterprisesproducingnewmaterial sawingproductshasintensifiedmarket
competition. In addition, due to the impact of factors such as raw material price
fluctuations, exchange rate fluctuations, and economic fluctuations in downstream
industries, Taijia New Materials is facing huge challenges in its future development.
Therefore, in the face of new challenges, Taijia New Materials should determine the
core development direction, strengthen strategic planning and thinking, put forward
implementation plans, and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise to win the
market and development space.
In this paper, Taijia New Materials is taken as the research object, with Porter's
Five Forces Model, PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis model as the main
analysis tools, EFE matrix and IEF matrix are constructed to analyze the enterprise,
and quantitative strategic planning matrix is used to deeply analyze the internal and
external environment and industry environment of the company. Through PEST

weaknesses within the company, but the overall strengths are greater than the
weaknesses. Externalopportunitiesprovide thecompany withconditionsfor
development. By building a SWOT matrix and a quantitative analysis matrix, we
analyze and compare the four strategies of SO, WO, ST, WT, etc, It is concluded that
the SO growth strategy isfor the current development of the company. Then it puts
forward strategic measuresincluding market penetration,product development,
market development and diversification, and strategic implementation measures to
enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. Finally, it summarizes the safeguard
