摘要
作为服务“三农”发展的金融力量,湖商村镇银行始终牢记“为三农服务”的初
心,以助推乡村经济发展为己任,在提高农村金融供给、优化农村金融产品创新、完
善农村金融服务等方面起到了重要的作用。随着乡村振兴战略的推进,金融服务乡村
振兴的阶段性目标被明确提出,湖商村镇银行的发展面临着更高质量的要求,虽然湖
商村镇银行现有的信贷模式比较全面,但是仍难以满足当前农村市场多元化的融资需
求,这就对信贷模式的优化提出了一定的要求。信贷模式的优化与其是否能够更好的
服务三农有密切的关系,因此湖商村镇银行信贷模式的优化探讨是必要的。
本文在理论分析的基础上,首先对村镇银行主要信贷模式做了比较及分析,进一
步引出湖商村镇银行的主要信贷模式,并对湖商村镇银行信贷模式的现状进行了分
析,本文主要使用问卷调查法,选取湖商村镇银行的授信客户和客户经理作为主要的
调研对象进行了问卷调查,通过对银行信贷模式的相关财务指标以及问卷调查的数据
结论进行分析,从而发现湖商村镇银行信贷模式存在的问题,进而制定优化措施。研
究表明目前湖商村镇银行信贷模式存在着贷款结构不合理、用信率低、抵押物范围需
要优化等问题,进一步研究发现导致问题的原因主要是贷款成本高、信贷管理体系不
完善、风险管理制度有待改进、金融知识普及率低四个方面,最后根据问题提出优化
措施,从“加大财政政策扶持,降低贷款利率”、“丰富贷款期限,提高中长期贷款
占比”、“完善授信+用信的营销闭环体系,提高用信率”、“创新押品范围,降低
融资难度”、“加大宣传力度,提升金融知识普及率”五个方面提出建议,以满足其
信贷模式助力乡村振兴的需求。

1 湖商村镇银行信贷模式优化研究
ABSTRACT
As a financial force serving the development of "agriculture、rural areas and farmers",
Hushang Rural Banks have always kept in mind the original intention of "serving
agriculture 、 rural areas and farmers ", taking it as responsibility to promote the
development of rural economy, and playing an important role in improving rural financial
supply, optimizing the innovation of rural financial products, and improving rural financial
services. With the advancement of the rural revitalization strategy, the phased goal of
financial services for rural revitalization has been clearly put forward, and the development
of Hushang Rural Banks is facing higher quality requirements. Although the existing credit
model of Hushang Rural Banks is relatively comprehensive, it is still difficult to meet the
diversified financing needs of the current rural market. This puts forward certain
requirements for the optimization of the credit model. The optimization of the credit model
is closely related to whether it can better "serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers".
Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the optimization of the credit model of Hushang Rural
Banks.
On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper firstly comparing and analyzing village
banks and their main credit models, and further draws out the main credit models of
Hushang Rural Banks. And analyzed the current situation of the credit mode of Hushang
Rural Banks, Further research found that the main reasons for the problem are high loan
costs, imperfect credit management system, risk management system needs to be improved,
and low financial knowledge penetration rate. Using the questionnaire survey method,
Select the credit customers and account managers of Hushang Rural Banks as the main
research objects to conduct a questionnaire survey. Through the analysis of the relevant
financial indicators of the bank credit model and the data conclusion of the questionnaire
survey, Then formulate optimization measures. The research shows that the current credit
model of Hushang Rural Banks have problems such as unreasonable loan structure, low
credit rate, and the need to optimize the scope of collateral. Then through research, it is
found that the main causes of the problems are high loan cost, imperfect credit
management system, risk management system to be improved, and low penetration rate of
financial knowledge. Finally, according to the problem, optimization measures are
proposed, and suggestions are made from five aspects: "increasing fiscal policy support
and reducing loan interest rates", "enriching loan terms and increasing the proportion of
