摘要
“百年大计,教育为本”,对于社会和国家来说,高质量的教育灌溉了人们的灵魂,
塑造了整个社会的良心,习近平总理也曾在其发言中提到“教育乃立国之本,文化则强
国之基”;“教育大计,教师为本”,教师作为教育的最直接施行者,在整个教育过程
与环节中发挥着及其重要的作用,美国卡内基基金会曾在《国家为世纪的教师作准备》
的报告中说明美国从科教兴国这一层面上来看所取得的成就除了高水平、高标准的教育
质量,另一个最为关键因素是一直致力于对教师团队整体素质的拔高,始终立志打造一
条最优质的教师队伍。基于管理学科下面的分支学科——人力资源管理的视角下,优质
的老师隶属于教育畛域下一种尤为宝贵的人力和智力资源。而在整个教育体系中,幼儿
学龄前教育是一切教育的开始,处在整个教育体系的基础环节位置,为一个人后期教育
的展开奠下了基础,对人才的培养有着至关重要的意义;幼儿教师作为学龄前教育的直
接执行者既是幼儿的启蒙老师亦是幼儿成长过程中的领路人,因此幼儿教师的专业水平
及综合素质对幼儿成长发展有着至关重要的意义,而稳定优质的幼儿教师资源则对幼儿
教育工作能够得以顺利实施乃至促进整个幼儿教育事业稳健发展更是有着重要意义,因
此提高整体幼儿教师的综合素质,加强并对幼儿教师进行规范化培训和管理,打造一支
高素质水平、有着超强合力的稳健精干幼儿教师队伍是一所幼儿园、整个幼教集团乃至
整个幼儿教育事业能够得以良性、有序发展的前提与保障。
