J建筑公司薪酬体系优化设计
摘要
在人力资源管理系统中,薪酬管理体系是其不可或缺的核心关键构成,并且在人
力资源管理里具有主体性的地位。薪酬体系的设置可以当作公司促进人力资源管理最
有效的动力,企业通过薪酬管理实现企业吸纳人才和留住人才的目的,并能够使员工
更加高效率的进行工作,为公司做出更多贡献,从而使得公司的效益大大提高,以此
满足公司未来发展的需要,并且推动公司的进一步成长。薪酬管理是公司人力管理中
最为关键的部分,也是创建高效率公司体系的核心构成部分,在公司运用流程中发挥
着不可代替的作用。公司薪酬管理制度是否完善,是否能够满足公司的进步需求,这
都会关系到公司今后未来的最终发展目标是否能够达成,其对建筑施工企业影响也是
如此。
J建筑公司是一家施工能力较强的大型建筑企业,本文以 J建筑公司作为薪酬体
系完善的目标对象,阐述了对 J建筑公司内部相关人员实行薪酬管理优化研究的背景、
目的及相关意义,对 J建筑公司当前已有的薪酬制度实施分析,其中依次对公司组织
架构的研究、员工组织构成及相关特点实施分析,并根据 J建筑公司当前员工薪酬管
理的实际发展状况,结合国内外著名的薪酬管理理论诸如马斯洛需求层次理论、公平
理论、期望理论等,运用问卷调查、实地访谈等多种方法,多方面调查和分析了 J建
筑公司现有的员工体系构建、现阶段实行的薪酬制度以及薪酬管理体系,对于 J建筑
公司现行的薪酬制度中出现的一些问题进行了总结及研究。在分析问题的基础上,讨
论了 J建筑施工公司薪酬管理体系优化应该达到怎样的目的,优化过程中应遵循怎样
的原则,并依次从薪酬结构的设计、绩效考核体系的建立、基础工资水平的确定、岗
位薪酬体系的构建、福利薪酬的设计、薪酬调整制度的建立等多方面多角度对薪酬体
系进行了具体的优化。最后本文研究了 J建筑公司实施新薪酬体系可能遇到的问题,
对如何帮助新薪酬管理体系顺利实施而建立一系列的保护制度进行了探讨。
