Abstract
Sino-russian economic and trade cooperation is developing in depth.It is an
important link in the process of connecting One Belt And One Road with the EU
economic union. As an important location for the national strategic development of the
Belt and Road Initiative, Heilongjiang Province provides a broad platform and
opportunity for H Bank to develop its financial business in Russia. Although H Bank
has taken some measures in the development of Russian financial business and made
great progress in business dealings. But H bank has many problems in the financial
business with Russia, such as product homogeneity, outdated service channels, Weak
customer base. The development of H bank's Russian financial business space and the
pace of H bank who follow the "Belt and Road" strategy are all limited. So it is
necessary to study the strategy of H bank on the development of Russian financial
business.
This paper focuses on the development strategy of H Bank's financial business in
Russia. H Bank has made some breakthroughs in the field of Russian financial
business, there are still many problems. This article takes H Bank as the research
object. Under the guidance of many theories, it systematically adopts three main
research methods to analyzes and studies the current situation, existing problems and
causes, internal and external environment of H Bank's financial business development
in Russia. The three main research methods include literature research method,
comparative analysis method and interview analysis method. This paper gives three
aspects of strategy suggestions including products, service channels and customers. In
terms of products, it is suggested to focus on developing products with Russian
characteristics, accelerate the transformation of comprehensive financial services and
strengthen the brand image with Russian characteristics. In terms of service channels,

it is suggested to deeply integrate fintech, accelerate the updating of service channels,
continuously promote the development of Sino-Russian financial alliance and actively
expand inter-bank business channels. In terms of customers, it is suggested to focus on
the three major Free Trade Area customers in the province, develop key industry
customers, pay attention to cross-border e-commerce multi-park and platform
customers, and do a good job in the classification and selection of customers.And the
author also gives suggestions on safeguard measures from three aspects of risk
management, manpower and technology. It is expected to put forward feasible policy
suggestions for the development of H Bank's financial business in Russia.
