随着先进的网络技术在实践当中的应用,企业业务原有的时空观受到了冲
击。企业内部业务部门试图采用将数据、信息系统、业务流程和业务实践方面
的业务与客户以及供应商和合作伙伴整合在一起的方法,提升企业的市场份额
和战略地位。本文研究对象:LX公司在其信息化业务过程中一如既往地为客户
提供优质高效的服务,是行业中典型的标杆企业, LX公司秉持“互联网改变生
活,我们改变互联网”的信念,打造了中国最大的在线内容和应用分发平台。
并建立了CDN领域的第一品牌,以期全力支持中国互联网的发展。本文旨在对
LX公司信息化业务战略提出建设性建议,以加快 LX公司信息化业务进程,提升
LX公司在信息化领域的业务能力和市场竞争力。
全文研究工作围绕LX公司为切入点,重点以企业经营人员的身份对 LX公司
内部CDN业务的发展现状以及战略制定之路展开深入讨论,首先介绍了本文研
究中涉及的战略管理理论知识和战略分析方法,其次采用 SWOT分析法对LX业务
的现状进行分析,采用问卷调查法收集数据,并基于问卷的描述性统计结果分
析目前LX公司信息化业务存在的问题。接着分别运用了波特五力模型、 PEST模
型对LX公司信息化业务环境进行分析。最后,结合企业外部环境和内部环境的
分析结果和公司信息化业务现状及问题,运用 QSPM矩阵给出LX公司战略管理方
案,并提出具体的战略实施方案。
本文所选择的分析对象 LX公司属于行业内部的典型性企业,因此,LX公
司根据行业现状以及竞争情况制定的企业发展战略具有一定的代表性和普适性,
因此能够为同行业其他企业的战略制定和企业管理提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract
With the application of advanced network technology in practice, the original
space-time view of enterprise business has been impacted. The internal business
department of the enterprise tries to integrate the business of data, information system,
business process and business practice with customers, suppliers and partners to
improve the market share and strategic position of the enterprise. Research object of
this paper: LX company always provides customers with high-quality and efficient
services in the process of its information business. It is a typical benchmark enterprise
in the industry. LX company adheres to the belief of "Internet changes life, we change
the Internet", and has built the largest online content and application distribution
platform in China. And established the first brand in the field of CDN in order to fully
support the development of China's Internet. This paper aims to put forward
constructive suggestions on LX company's informatization business strategy, so as to
speed up LX company's informatization business process and enhance LX company's
informatization business competitiveness.
This paper selects LX company as a case to study the strategic development of the
company's CDN business from the perspective of enterprise managers. Firstly, this
paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of strategic management and strategic
analysis methods involved in this research. Secondly, SWOT analysis is used to analyze
the current situation of LX business, questionnaire survey is used to collect data, and
based on the descriptive statistical results of the questionnaire, the problems existing in
LX company's information business are analyzed. Then, Porter's five forces model and
pest model are used to analyze the information business environment of LX company.
Finally, combined with the analysis results of the external and internal environment of
the enterprise and the current situation and problems of the company's information
business, the QSPM matrix is used to give the LX company's strategic management
plan, and put forward the specific strategic implementation plan.

The LX company exemplified in this paper is representative of the industry, and
the enterprise strategy formulated by LX company also has certain applicability, which
can provide some guidance and management ideas for the same type of enterprises in
the market.
