企业竞争力是企业获得长期发展的保障,通过制定有效的企业战略来获得 竞争优势是常用的方法,我国冷链物流业在近几十年的发展中,从事冷链物流企 业众多,未有一家在获得明显的竞争优势,也面临跨国冷链物流企业的竞争,我 国的冷链物流企业也遭遇了前所未有的严峻挑战。在当今信息技术的飞速发展和 “互联网+”大背景下, 研究如何运用信息化战略提升冷链物流企业竞争力,已 成了一个意义重大而又迫在眉睫的研究课题。基于此,本文在这里提出冷链物流 企业的信息化战略,就是将企业发展战略融入到企业信息化建设中。充分利用信 息化和互联网在企业战略中的产生更大价值,本文提出信息化战略就是利用互联 网思维和技术、现代信息技术将企业的内部运营信息和企业外部的供应链上下游 信息进行整合后以数据化的形式转变。从而使企业战略实施过程中更高效。 本论文采用案例研究方法,选取冷链物流业比较有代表的 Z 冷链物流企业, 系统梳理 Z 冷链物流企业现状、业务范围,总结该企业信息化建设情况和不足, 利用 SWOT 矩阵模型和波特五力竞争模型分析了 Z 冷链物流企业竞争环境,找到 该企业的战略方向与和信息化的关系,总结出该企业信息化战略目标,提出该企 业信息化战略整体设计思路和总体规划以及实施过程,确保了该企业信息化战略 得以顺利实施并获得竞争优势。 通过对 Z 冷链物流企业信息化战略研究,为探索适合冷链物流发展模式方 面的研究开辟了一个较为薪新的方向,对冷链物流企业提升企业竞争力和提升冷 链物流供应链运作效率都有积极的作用。 关键词,互联网+;冷链物流;信息化;战略管理II Abstract The competitiveness of enterprises is the guarantee for the long-term development of enterprises. It is a common method to obtain competitive advantages by formulating effective enterprise strategies. In recent decades, the cold-chain logistics industry has been engaged in many cold-chain logistics enterprises. Without a clear competitive advantage and the competition of multinational cold-chain logistics enterprises, China definition cold-chain logistics enterprises have also encountered unprecedented severe challenges. Under the background of the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, this paper studies how to improve the competitiveness of cold-chain logistics enterprises by using information strategy. Has become a significant and urgent research topic. Based on this, this paper puts forward the information strategy of cold-chain logistics enterprise, which is to integrate the enterprise development strategy into the enterprise information construction. Make full use of the value of information technology and the Internet in the enterprise strategy, this paper proposes that the information strategy is to use Internet thinking and technology, modern information technology, The internal operation information of the enterprise and the upstream and downstream information of the supply chain outside the enterprise are integrated and digitized. So that enterprises in the enterprise strategy implementation process more efficient. This paper uses the case study method, selects the cold chain logistics industry representative Z cold chain logistics enterprise, systematically combs the Z cold chain logistics enterprise present situation, the service scope, summarizes this enterprise information construction situation and the insufficiency. This paper analyzes the competitive environment of Z cold-chain logistics enterprises by using Porter definition five-force competition model, finds out the strategic direction and the relationship between the strategic orientation of the enterprise and the information strategy, and summarizes the strategic objectives of the enterprise definition informatization. The overall design idea, overall planning and implementation process of the information strategy are put forward, ensure that the enterprise information strategy can be implemented successfully and obtain competitive advantage. Through the research on the information strategy of Z cold chain logistics enterprise, it opens up a new direction for the research on the development mode of cold chain logistics. It plays a positive role in enhancing the competitiveness of cold chain logistics enterprises and improving the efficiency of cold chain logistics supplyIII chain operation.
