近年来，随着经济全球化和人们健康意识的提高，医药行业逐渐成为了关系
国计民生的重要行业。同时，行业的发展趋势和产业的格局也随着发生了变化，
因此企业的生产经营面临着巨大的竞争压力。本文选取兰州佛慈制药公司成品库
存作为研究对象，通过对公司生产经营的相关数据和资料的分析，指出了公司在
成品库存管理过程中存在的问题，如管理职能缺乏高效协同、存货周转率低、库
存成本高、市场需求预测不准确等，并就所存在的问题进行了原因分析。通过综
合运用库存管理方面的相关理论和工具，就公司成品库存所存在的问题，提出了
相应的优化方案。
本文提出：（1）通过更新现有的库存分类方法，对公司产品进行合理分类和
管理；（2）通过设置安全库存标准和管理策略，将库存控制在合理的范围，使其
在符合 GMP要求的条件下，合理控制公司总体库存，以满足市场销售需求，同
时减少库存管理费用，降低公司生产经营成本。（3）通过建立市场预测模型，采
用移动平均法、季节指数法等多种需求预测模型进行精细化需求预测；（4）通过
建立联合库存管理模式，保证供需双方对等，降低双方库存管理成本；（5）通过
加强部门间的协作，提高库存管理效率，实现科学管理，减少库存浪费。
本文的研究对制药企业全面了解库存管理的优化方法和措施，合理解决库存
管理中存在的问题，实现企业稳定可持续发展具有重要的借鉴意义。

RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION OF FINISHED
PRODUCT INVENTORY MANAGEMENT IN LANZHOU
FOCI PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY
Abstract
In recent years, with the economic globalization and the improvement of people's
health awareness, the pharmaceutical industry has gradually become an important
industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood. At the same time, the
development trend of the industry and the pattern of the industry have also changed,
so the production and operation of enterprises are facing great competitive pressure.
This article selects Lanzhou Foci pharmaceutical companies as the research object,
according to the data on the company's production and operation and the data analysis,
points out the company in the finished goods inventory management problems that
exist in the process, such as management function lack of efficient coordination, low
inventory turnover, inventory cost is high, the market demand forecasting not accurate
and so on, discusses the existing problems cause analysis. Through the comprehensive
use of inventory management related theories and tools, on the company's finished
product inventory problems, put forward the corresponding optimization plan.
In this dissertation：(1) By updating the existing inventory classification method,
to classify and manage the company's products reasonably;(2) Through the
establishment of safety inventory standards and management strategies, inventory
control in a reasonable range, so as to meet the requirements of GMP conditions,
reasonable control of the company's overall inventory, to meet the needs of market
sales, while reducing inventory management costs, reduce the company's production
and operation costs. (3) Through the establishment of market forecast model, using
moving average method, seasonal index method and other demand forecast models to

refine the demand forecast; (4) Through the establishment of joint inventory
management mode, ensure the equivalence between supply and demand, and reduce
the inventory management cost of both parties; (5) By strengthening the cooperation
between departments, improve the efficiency of inventory management, realize
scientific management and reduce inventory waste.
The research of this paper has important reference significance for
pharmaceutical enterprises to comprehensively understand the methods and measures
of inventory management improvement, reasonably solve the problems existing in
inventory management, and realize the stable and sustainable development of
enterprises.
