随着互联网技术的深入发展,大数据统计作为一种计算工具逐渐深入社会
生活各个领域和行业,电子商务已经在每个行业普及开来。在高利润的驱动下,
各大资本竞相入驻,盈利空间被进一步压缩。如何在日益激烈的市场竞争下,
确保企业资本胜出,是投资人和管理者思考的问题。企业若想盈利便须从自身
着手,提升管理及相关业务水平;在实现自身革新的前提下,争取到更多的客
户和市场份额。确保库存管理的运营效率是推动企业运营能力提升、保障企业
在市场上的盈利空间、全面增强企业竞争力的关键影响因素之一。在电商经济
的发展之下食品物流规模呈现持续扩大的趋势,电商企业的特点表现为产品种
类多且市场需求变化大。基于以上的思考,本文以深圳市鲜鲜优品公司为研究
对象,展开探讨,发现该公司目前的库存管理已经不能满足发展过程中产生的
各项需求,尤其是企业库存占用资金过高,且近几年仍呈现上升趋势,这种状
况已经对公司的资金利用率产生了负面影响,进一步阻碍了公司健康发展。因
此,如何进一步探讨优化公司库存管理办法,以释放被库存占用的资金压力,
成为了该公司目前亟需解决的问题和任务。
本论文立足于库存管理,对国内外研究文献进行了详尽的梳理,在此基础
上进行了相关理论方法的总结,结合正处于发展上升期的电商行业特点,将具
体的问题投射至鲜鲜优品有限公司,并依据现存问题提出相关优化策略。通过
对深圳鲜鲜优品公司线上零食库存现状数据的进行分析,发现公司目前库存管
理面临的主要问题。首先,本文利用 ABC-XYZ分类法对库存产品科学分类至
三个大类。其次,依据不同类型库存产品的基本特征,选取针对性的需求预测
方法与订购模式相匹配。针对 I类产品需求量大,需求稳定的特性,选取二次
移动平均方法进行其需求预测最为理想,相应的订购模式为订货点+经济批量模
型。针对 II类产品需求量大且存在一定波动的特性,可利用季节指数法进行需
求预测,而合理的订购模式则为(s,S)策略。由于 III类产品需求量较小且变
动较大,故利用安全库存方法进行需求预测,而合理的订购模式参考订单量即
可。最后,提出公司库存管理优化方案的实施和保障。
笔者立足于鲜鲜优品公司库存管理现状,旨在探讨降低其公司库存量的路
径,从而优化其资金占有水平,使得库存周转率得到提升。推动其公司整体库

Research on Inventory Management Optimization of
Online Snacks in Shenzhen Xianxianyoupin Company
Abstract
With the in-depth development of network technology, big data cohabitation computing
tools have gradually penetrated into various fields and industries of social life, and e-commerce
has further realized the popularization of the entire industry. However, the profitable space has
been further compressed with the competition of major capitals under profitable conditions.
Under the market share, the way out for corporate capital to win is to improve management and
related business levels from oneself, and to gain more customers and market shares on the
premise of realizing self-innovation. Inventory management under production is one of the key
influencing factors that promotes the improvement of corporate operating capacity, the guarantee
of profitability, and the rise of competitiveness. Especially for food companies in the production,
quality, and fresh categories. In addition, under the development of the e-commerce economy,
food logistics has been further expanded, and its own characteristics are the variety of products
and the large changes in market demand. In this regard, this article takes Shenzhou
Xianxianyoupin Co., Ltd. as the research object. Because of its outstanding characteristics, the
company's inventory management can no longer meet the needs of the company's development.
Nowadays, the problem of enterprise inventory management is that inventory takes up funds.
Too high, and the trend is still showing a continuous rise, has had a negative impact on the
company’s capital utilization rate, and further hindered the company’s healthy development. As
for this, further research on how to improve the company's inventory management methods to
release the pressure of funds being occupied by inventory has become an urgent problem for his
company.
This paper is based on inventory management to conduct a detailed combing of domestic
and foreign research literature, and summarize related theoretical methods on the basis of
collation. Combining the characteristics of the times, the development characteristics of the
e-commerce industry during the rising period of development are projected to the limited
freshness and excellent products. The company proposes relevant optimization strategies based
