摘要
随着经济社会的不断发展,更好的经济效益,更大的经济规模,更加合理高
效的运营管理,成为企业不断追求的方向和目标,而实现目标的必然途径是对企
业管理模式的进一步优化和完善,而标准化建设就是规范企业管理,优化管理方
式和模式的有效手段。
本文结合国内外相关文献和企业运营管理实际,以现代化电力企业行政督查
督办业务和标准化建设的概念、特点、原理及现状为理论基础,选取C供电公司
行政督查督办管理业务进行分析,从标准化管理方面入手,综合分析该企业行政
督查督办管理业务开展情况及存在的问题,通过分析标准化管理的理论及应用,
对该企业行政督查督办管理模式进行进一步完善和优化,详细阐述分析了现有问
题、构建业务管理标准化体系的意义、标准化体系的构建程序和组成部分以及应
用效果评估,通过建立一套符合该企业实际情况的行政督查督办管理业务标准化
