要
SH公司是来自美国的品牌公司,由 EL和 MD于 2003年共同创立,SH公司发展
迅速,产品类别从妈咪袋拓展到婴玩具、洗浴、餐具、家居、出行等 7大类;卡特集
团(简称 KT集团)是美国一家上市公司,成立距今有 150多年的历史,主要产品为
婴童服装,2017年收购 SH公司。
本文针对 SH公司在被 KT集团收购后日益凸显的采购管理问题进行研究,通过案
例研究法识别 SH公司现有的采购管理方面的具体问题,并结合访谈法对问题成因进行
深度分析,识别出采购管理不受重视、采购部门架构设置不合理、成本管控意识薄
弱、小公司套用大集团的管理流程造成供应商运营成本和压力等问题和成因。在此基
础上,运用采购管理和项目采购管理的相关理论和知识,给出解决方案和建议:调整
采购部门结构,成立专业有效的采购团队;打造原材料集中采购的管理概念,使所需
物料采购形成规模效应,在提升原材料的品质的同时,降低原材料的采购成本以及管
理成本;利用科学有效的方法供应商灵活管理,简化流程,减少供应商的负担;全面
提升 SH公司采购管理体系,使价格、品质以及供应链在日益激励的同类产品竞争中处
于优势地位。
论文的研究结论不仅能解决 SH公司现实的采购管理问题,也能为行业内同类型公
司的类似问题提供可参考的解决思路。

SH公司采购管理案例研究
Case Study of SH Company Procurement Management
Abstract
SH Company is a brand company from the United States, which was founded by EL and
MD in 2003. The company has developed rapidly. Since its establishment, the product
categories have expanded from mommy bags to baby toys, bathing, tableware, home and
travel so on 7 big categories; Kiter’s Group is a listed company in the United States, which
has a history more than 150 years. The main products of Kiter’s Group are baby clothes, and
it acquired SH Company in 2017. The following is to simplify in this thesis: Kiter’s Group
will be “KT Group”.
This thesis studies the increasingly prominent procurement management problems of SH
Company after being acquired by KT Group, identify the specific problems of SH Company's
existing procurement management through cases study, combined with the interview method,
this thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems, and identifies the
problems and causes such as the neglect of purchasing management, unreasonable structure of
purchasing department, weak awareness of cost control, and the operation cost and pressure
of suppliers caused by small companies applying the management process of large groups. On
this basis, using the relevant theories and knowledge of procurement management and project
procurement management, this thesis gives solutions and suggestions: adjust the structure of
procurement department and set up a professional and effective procurement team; Create the
management concept of centralized procurement of raw materials, make the procurement of
required materials form scale effect, and reduce the procurement cost and management cost of
raw materials while improving the quality of raw materials; Use scientific and effective
methods to flexibly manage suppliers, simplify processes and reduce the burden on
suppliers; Improve the purchasing management system of SH Company in an all-round way,
so that the price, quality and supply chain are in a dominant position in the increasingly
motivated competition of similar products.
The conclusions of the thesis can not only solve the actual procurement management
problems of SH company, but also provide a reference solution for similar problems in the
same industry.
