在科技信息化飞速发展的今天,采购管理的作用日益突显。科学的采购管理不但能 够降低成本提高企业的经济效益,对提高企业业绩、提升它在市场中的竞争力也起着积 极的作用。DV公司是一家国企转制的以各类阀门为主要产品民营企业。自2002年改制 以来,公司的一些管理理念、制度依旧延续了之前的传统模式。随时代的进步,管理也 需与时俱进。然而DV公司仍旧墨守成规,种种迹象表明其市场竞争力已远不如从前。 本文采用案例研究方法。论文首先阐述了DV公司的基本情况和整个行业、社会背 景;其次通过实地调研,采集案例素材,分析DV公司在采购过程中出现的问题,总结 DV公司目前采购管理面临的困境:包括采购周期长、采购物资质量有缺陷、采购信息可 追溯性差等诸多问题。在此基础上运用相关理论,剖析问题产生的原因,指出导致DV 公司采购管理困境的主要原因是采购物料需求不明、供应商管理不完善、采购管理缺乏 电子信息化等。 通过对采购管理问题及其成因的分析,运用采购管理的相关理论并结合DV公司的 实际情况,本文给出了破解DV公司采购管理困境的建议,包括需求管理优化、完善供 应商管理流程、建立电子采购系统。上述建议及解决方案有助于引导DV公司改进采购 管理工作,提高采购工作效率,使其能够快速匹配公司的战略发展需要,让DV公司达 到新的高度。 关键词:DV公司;采购管理;供应商管理;电子采购系统;案例研究 - II - A Case Study on Purchasing Management of DV Company Abstract With the rapid development of science and technology information, the role of purchasing management is increasingly prominent nowadays. Scientific purchasing management can’t only reduce the purchasing cost to improve the economic benefit of an enterprise, but also play a positive role in improving the enterprise performance and its competitive advantage in the market. DV Company is a private company that was transformed from the state-owned enterprise, with the main business being the main valve products for heavy industry. Since 2002, it has followed the previous management and business model generally. It’s widely acknowledged that company management should keep pace with times. However, because of the conservative strategy, DV Company is less competitive than the past in the market. The case study method is adopted in this thesis to elaborate the basic situation of DV Company, the whole industry and social background. In addition, the problems occurred in the process of enterprise procurement are analyzed by studying the collection of case materials. In the meanwhile, the difficulties that DV Company faces in the current procurement are summarized including long procurement cycle, poor product quality and poor trace ability of procurement information, etc. On this basis, some relevant theories are applied to summarize the main reasons for the purchasing management obstacles of DV Company, which consist of unknown procurement demand, supplier management imperfection, lack of electronic computerization in procurement management. By summarizing the problems and analyzing the causes, with the relevant theories of procurement management combined with the actual situation of DV Company, a series of feasible suggestions are put forward in this thesis, including demand management optimization, supplier management process improvement and establishment of electronic procurement system. As a consequence, following the above suggestions and optimization plan, DV Company has access to improving procurement management and procurement efficiency, which can match its strategic development needs and reach a new height.
