摘要
早教是根据幼儿生理和心理发展的特点,对幼儿进行有针对性的指导和培
养,从而为幼儿的多元智能和健康人格发展打下良好的基础。
早教行业在我国的发展起步较晚。近 10多年来,虽然开始发展迅速,但环
境、师资、教具和教材都不规范,主要是依靠品牌和机构自身的师资能力和教研
水平。2012年国家开始出台相关政策和法规。2019年 5月国务院发布的关于托
育行业发展的指导意见进一步推动了早教行业的发展。随着国家二胎政策颁布带
来政策红利,促使很多品牌的早教机构如雨后春笋般在全国遍地开花。经过多年
的发展,早教这个学龄前教育板块已得到众多 90后妈妈的高度认可和渴望。在
这样的大背景下,GBC早教公司面对机遇和挑战,在 2020年力推早教体系,开
始了不断更新与完善的 OMO模式,推出新服务体系“GBC橙果迹”等线上、
线下相结合的运营模式。如何在充满机遇和挑战的环境中保持可持续发展,做好
学龄前儿童的素质教育,并在行业内充分发挥龙头品牌精神,是本文研究的主题。
本文通过分析国内早教机构、国内托育机构,预测国内早教公司发展趋势;通过
对 GBC早教公司的内外部环境的分析,PEST分析法以及 SWOT分析法确立与
企业发展相适应的战略方案。本文得出的结论是:早教机构在我国目前的经营模
式方面已逐步趋于成熟,但发展速度和发展质量是未来的新挑战。借助组织变革
来促进企业战略的具体实施,通过业务多元化来提升自身的核心优势,基于管理
服务网络化助推服务效率的切实提高,通过改进营销策略强化品牌市场影响力,
以信息化与智能化为企业发展注入新的动力。
本文的主要创新之处在于:通过对 GBC早教公司外部环境分析,数据分析,
通过与同行业领域进行比较、分析,总结得到了具有可操作性的企业发展策略以
及若干保障举措,为国内情况类似的早教机构提供了一定的经验,同时也为今后
的研究带来了理论支撑。

Abstract
According to the characteristics of children's physical and psychological
development, early education provides targeted guidance and training for children, so
as to lay a good foundation for the development of children's Multiple Intelligence
and healthy personality.
The development of early education industry in China started late. Over the past
10 years, although early education has begun to develop rapidly, the environment,
teachers, teaching aids and teaching materials are not standardized, mainly relying on
the brand and the organization's own teacher ability and teaching and research level.
The government departments began to issue relevant policies and regulations in 2012.
The guidance on the development of nursery education industry issued in May 2019
has further promoted the development of early education industry. The promulgation
of the national Two Child Policy has brought policy dividend, and also prompted
many early education institutions to spring up all over the country. After years of
development, early education, a preschool education sector, has been highly
recognized and desired by many post-90s mothers. In this context, facing the
opportunities and challenges, GBC early childhood education company vigorously
promoted the early childhood education system in 2020, began to continuously update
and improve the OMO mode, and launched a new service system“GBC orange fruit
trail” and other online and offline combined operation modes. The theme of this
paper is how to maintain sustainable development in an environment that is full of
opportunities and challenges, how to do a good job in the quality education of
preschool children,and how to give full play to the leading brand spirit in the industry.
By analyzing and summarizing domestic early education institutions and nursery
institutions, this paper forecasts the development trend of early education companies;
Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of GBC early childhood
education company, PEST and SWOT, a strategic plan suitable for the development of
the enterprise will be established. The conclusion of this paper is that early education
institutions have gradually become mature in China's current business model, and the
development speed and quality are new challenges in the future. With the help of
organizational,we promote the specific implementation of enterprise strategy, we
improve their core competitiveness through business diversification, boost the

practical improvement of service efficiency based on the networking of management
services, strengthen the brand market influence through improving marketing
strategies, and inject new impetus into the development of enterprises with
informational and intelligence.
The main innovation of this paper is: through the external environment analysis,
data analysis and industry comparison analysis of GBC early childhood education
company, this paper puts forward a practical and effective enterprise development
strategy theory and puts forward a series of safeguard measures, which provides
reference for the strategic adjustment of similar regional early childhood education
institutions in China and provides reference for subsequent related research.
