当前一系列复杂的国际背景促使国内加大力度发展 IT产业技术，通过 IT基
础国产化来实现安全、可控。CAD绘图软件作为勘察设计行业的基础软件，是
现代工程制造业的基础，在如火如荼的软件国产替代推动下，国产 CAD软件迎
来了高速发展的机遇。作为国产 CAD研发的 HC公司同时迎来业务扩张期，如
何顺应当前发展局势，抓住难得的机遇是 HC公司目前的首要任务。本文在此背
景下探讨 HC公司在研发管理上如何引进 IPD，结合公司现有的 CMM体系，构
建一套行之有效的、适用于 HC公司研发管理方面的系统性解决方案。文章首先
介绍了IPD和CMM的基本概念及其相关理论，并在此基础上分析了IPD与CMM
两者之间的异同点，以及其在产品研发过程的侧重点，指导作用等。随后结合
HC公司在 CAD软件项目开发流程，对 HC公司 CAD软件功能研发流程，HC
公司组织结构和人员结构等几个方面存在的问题进行深入分析，在此基础上，结
合 IPD集成产品开发流程提出重组研发流程和优化组织结构的方案，构建出符
合 HC公司在 CAD软件方面的 IPD集成产品开发流程，并从概念、计划等六个
步骤详细解析了 IPD集成产品开发流程，同时在人员激励等方面给出管理方案；
并对 IPD的具体实施方法进行分析和研究。基于此提升研发效率、提高产品质
量，以便适应快速的业务量和产品类型的增长，增加公司的市场核心竞争力。

Abstract
At present, a series of complex international background urge domestic to
strengthen the development of IT industry technology and achieve security and
control through the localization of IT infrastructure. Under the promotion of
localization in full swing, domestic CAD software has ushered in an opportunity for
rapid development. As a domestic CAD research and development company, HC
company is also ushering in a period of business expansion. In this context, this article
discusses how HC Company introduces IPD in R&D management, and combines the
company’s existing CMM system to build a set of effective and suitable for HC
company systematic solutions in R&D management. The article first introduces the
basic concepts and related theories of IPD and CMM, and then analyzes the
similarities and differences between IPD and CMM, as well as their emphasis and
guiding role in the product development process. Then combined with the HC
Company’s CAD software project development process, an in-depth analysis of the
HC Company’s CAD software function research and development process, HC
Company’s organizational structure and personnel structure, and other issues. On this
basis, combined with the basic product development process of IPD, the scheme of
restructuring the R&D process and optimizing the organizational structure is proposed,
and the IPD integrated products conforming to HC Company's CAD software are
constructed development process, according to the IPD integrated product
development process. The management scheme is given from the aspects of product
development, conceptual design, project planning, verification and release, life cycle,
personnel incentive, etc., and the specific implementation method of IPD is analyzed
and studied. Based on this, improve the efficiency of research and development,
improve product quality, in order to adapt to the rapid growth of business volume and
product types, and increase the company's core competitiveness in the market.
