III 摘要 随着我国经济发展进入新常态,传统制造企业特别是矿山设备公司的可持续 发展面临新的挑战,需要企业进一步发挥人力资本的作用,有效激发企业发展活 力。基于此,如何正确有效激励技术人员,使其产生更好的业绩表现,为企业创 造更大的利益,是企业应该思考和关注的问题。在实践中,技术人员是企业生存 和发展的重要资源。面对激烈的市场竞争和人才竞争,如何设计出一套科学有效 的技术员工激励实施方案,关键在于要真正从企业实际出发,真正洞察和理解技 术人员的需求,把个人发展目标同企业发展目标有效结合起来,这样才有助于使 激励机制发挥应有的作用。 FZ矿山设备公司是一家主要从事矿山救援设备和工程施工的企业,公司承 接业务种类繁多、生产产品多样,但定型产品少、定制产品多,且多为现场施工 任务,因此FZ矿山设备公司对技术人员的依赖程度很高。近年来,随着公司不 断发展,技术人员激励机制却没有跟上企业快速发展的步伐。本文通过对FZ矿 山设备公司的技术人员激励问题进行调查研究,采取文献调研法、案例分析法、 深度访谈法等研究方法,在实际调查和理论推演的基础上,充分吸收国内外人力 资源激励已有的研究成果,从企业的激励方案现状入手,诊断目前存在的激励不 到位、措施执行不彻底等问题,通过对现存问题进行研究分析,结合矿山设备公 司实际人力资源管理的需要,围绕员工激励目标及原则、员工激励方案与设计等 方面,提出一套符合其内涵发展、切实可行的激励方案,结合方案还设计提出激 励机制实施的保障措施,以期为同类型企业的人力资源管理提供相关思路与方 法。 关键词:矿山设备公司;技术人员;激励机制 Abstract IV Abstract As China's economic development enters a new normal, the sustainable development of traditional manufacturing enterprises, especially mining equipment companies, faces new challenges. It is necessary for enterprises to further exert the role of human capital and effectively stimulate the vitality of enterprise development. Based on this, how to correctly and effectively motivate technicians to produce better performance and create greater benefits for enterprises is an issue that enterprises should consider and pay attention to. In practice, technicians are an important resource for the survival and development of enterprises. In the face of fierce market competition, how to design a set of scientific and effective technical employee incentive implementation plans, the key lies in truly starting from the actual enterprise, real insight and understanding of technology. The needs of personnel can effectively combine personal development goals with corporate development goals so as to occupy a favorable position in market competition. FZ Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. is a company mainly engaged in mine rescue equipment and engineering construction. The company undertakes a wide variety of business and diverse production products, but there are few stereotyped products, many customized products, and most of them are on-site construction tasks. Therefore, FZ Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. The level of reliance on personnel is high. In recent years, with the development of the company, the incentive mechanism for technicians has not kept pace with the rapid development of enterprises.
