经济全球化和信息化时代的发展给各类企业在带来巨大竞争的同时也带来 了前所未有的机遇。特别是我国的房地产行业在经过这近20年的迅猛发展,急需 在新时代中调整战略管理方式。特别是当今年代企业的竞争核心即为人才的竞争, 房地产行业的企业如何在这机遇与挑战并存的背景下,如何通过绩效考评建立良 好的人才成长与晋升通道,快速建立高素质人才队伍,提高员工绩效满意度和工 作效率,进而实现企业的可持续发展,是当今面临的重难点问题。 本文以湖南省国大房地产有限公司为研究对象,以发现问题、分析问题到解 决问题为研究主线,利用文献研究法、问卷调查法和统计分析法等对国大公司的 员工绩效考评现存的问题以及优化方向进行分析。首先对房地产行业的发展和员 工绩效管理背景进行深刻的了解,然后全面梳理了绩效管理方面的专业知识,包 括绩效考评的流程和常用方法等;其次,本文基于对湖南国大房地产有限公司在 员工绩效管理体系方面的了解,分析了现存员工绩效管理考评体系中由于管理观 念落后、考评与员工职业发展脱钩、缺乏良好的企业文化支撑以及考评小组的业 务能力不足等原因造成了员工重视度低,忽略与公司协同发展、绩效考评指标不 够全面、缺乏必要监督以及考评结构沟通欠佳等问题;最后根据这些实际问题, 从考评的内容、指标体系的设定、考核周期与流程、考评监督制度以及考评结果 的反馈机制等几方面进行优化。 本文的研究对象湖南国大房地产有限公司在员工绩效管理考评中存在的问 题和缺陷也普遍存在与同行业的其他企业中。因而本文的优化方案,不仅为国大 公司的员工绩效管理提供指导,也将有助于其他公司的绩效考评体系优化,为其 提供借鉴意义。 关键词:房地产;绩效考评;优化设计 湖南国大房地产开发有限公司员工绩效考评的优化研究 IV Abstract Economicglobalizationandthedevelopmentoftheinformationagehave broughtgreatcompetitiontoallkindsofenterprises,aswellasunprecedented opportunities.EspeciallyinChina'srealestateindustryafternearly20yearsofrapid development,urgentneedtoadjustthestrategicmanagementmodeinthenewera.
