进入二十一世纪后,全球经济呈现出高速增长的态势。与此同时,企业同 质化现象越来越严重,导致市场竞争愈发激烈。基于这一点,供应商管理逐渐 成为企业缩减采购成本的关键节点。简而言之,企业的产品质量、运营成本以 及生产流程都与供应商密切相关。在此基础上,企业应结合自身情况,逐步完 善供应商管理机制。通过这种方式,帮助企业挑选优质供应商,进一步提升资 源利用率。 在1878年,A公司的总公司正式成立。从性质上看,该企业属于外商独资 公司,该企业的主营业务为全套牧场服务以及牧场挤奶设备供给。对于企业而 言,供应商管理关系到自身发展需求。因此,企业绝不能一味追求低价,导致 产品质量受到影响。在研究过程中,笔者采用多种分析手段,具体包括定性定 量结合法、专家评分法以及文献研究法,详细探究企业的现状及特点,找出现 阶段存在的问题,并提供相应的解决方案。 首先,本文通过总结A公司目前存在的一些问题,找到原因所在。根据文 献研究选择了一些评价指标,并解释各个指标的内涵,结合供应商评价原则, 设计了一套适合A公司长久发展的供应商评价指标体系。共包括7个二级指标 和18个三级指标,并将定性指标转化为了定量指标数据进行归一化。运用层次 分析法结合专家评分得到主观权重。然后,运用层次分析法和熵值法组合赋权 方法对针对A公司2019年12月9JRP-50P2100N型号挤奶机所需的螺旋轴零件 入围的3家供应商进行了评价。最后得出结果,该指标体系弱化了人为因素中 价格主导的作用,更多的考虑了供应商的财务能力、科研能力以及质量管理能 力,并给出供应商选择方案。 关键词:供应商评价指标体系层次分析法熵值法 ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT Withthedevelopmentofeconomicglobalizationandtheintensificationof marketcompetition,suppliermanagementhasbecomeincreasinglyprominentinthe procurementofenterprises.Thequalityofsupplierselectionisdirectlyreflectedin thelevelofproduction,costandproductqualityoftheenterprise.Therefore,inthe processofproductionandoperationoftheenterprise,makeagoodselectionand evaluationofsuppliers,andbeabletoestablishasetofsupplierselectionand evaluationmethodssuitablefortheenterprise'sowncharacteristics.Thisisofgreat significanceforthecorporateprocurementdepartmenttomakereasonabledecisions. ACompanywasfoundedin1878asawhollyforeign-ownedcompanyin SwedenandinvestedinTianjintoestablishanoverseasfactoryofACo.,Ltd.Itisa largeenterprisethatproducesmilkingequipmentforranchandprovidesafullrange ofranchservices.Atpresent,duetothelong-termdevelopmentneedsofACo.,Ltd., theevaluationofsuppliersmustbeshiftedfrompriceprioritytoqualitypriority.This articlefurtheranalyzesthecurrentsupplierevaluationstatusofACo.,Ltd.basedon theexistingproblemsofACo.,Ltd.basedonliteratureresearch,expertscoringand qualitativeandquantitativemethods.Optimizationplan.
