I 摘要 船舶代理是港口海运业务中的重要环节。舟山港吞吐量连续增长,港口经济发展迅 速。在浙江自贸区落地发展的背景下,大批便利措施对港口航运及配套服务产生巨大促 进作用。在原有业务快速增长的同时,新的市场也不断开辟。政策以及市场环境的变化 也为舟山船舶代理企业带来很多机遇与挑战。在新增的市场份额中占据主动,更加贴合 客户服务需求是目前舟山船舶代理企业迫切需要解决的问题。 本文以舟山港船舶代理企业为研究对象。通过对自贸区背景下港口航运及配套服务 业的发展趋势分析,总结舟山船舶代理企业面临的经营变化趋势。对舟山船舶代理企业 发展现状进行总结,分析影响企业发展的因素。本文选取PEST分析方法,研究船舶代 理企业面临的外部环境。将舟山船舶代理企业主要服务船舶按照种类分别进行市场发展 情况分析。分析船舶代理企业在自贸区背景下,在政策法规、行业管理、新增企业等变 化中用好政策技术等优势的途径。舟山港可以从引入合作企业、挖掘信息手段潜力、公 用业务数据服务、完善法律管理保障体系、做好配套服务等方面采取相应措施来提升船 代企业竞争力,更好适应自贸区发展趋势。 关键词:自贸区;政策影响;船舶代理;竞争力 Abstract II Abstract Shipagentisanimportantpartofportshippingbusiness.ThethroughputofZhoushan porthasincreasedcontinuously,andtheporteconomyhasdevelopedrapidly.Underthe backgroundofthedevelopmentofthefreetradezone,alargenumberofconvenience measureshavealsogreatlypromotedportshippingandsupportingservices.Withtherapid growthoftheoriginalbusiness,newmarketsareconstantlyopeningup.Thechangeofpolicy andmarketenvironmentalsobringsmanyopportunitiesandchallengesforshippingagency enterprises.ItisurgentforZhoushanshippingagencyenterprisestosolvetheproblemof takingtheinitiativeinthenewmarketshareandmeetingtheneedsofcustomerservice.
