随着汽车照明市场的快速发展,汽车车灯的销售价格越来越透明,也越来越“便宜”,汽 车车灯制造企业也意识到仅仅靠传统的薄利多销方式和经营管理模式,在如此激烈的市场竞 争中夺取更多的市场份额,并占领一席之地已经十分困难,要想生存和发展,企业必须依靠 创新的手段和方式开展企业的经营活动。 着眼于 C 公司的发展现状及存在问题,聚焦其供应链的构成及运行状况,结合其企业战 略、业务的重要性和经济性三个因素,来剖析车灯企业 C 公司的相关业务流程,从而得出业务 流程的自制/外包决策的结果。最后通过对决策结果的分析,进而对供应商的选择进行决策, 实现 C 公司供应链竞争力的提升,并着重阐述其在实际应用中的创新。 本文以汽车车灯厂 C 公司的供应链管理研究为主线,共由六个部分内容组成。第一章是 绪论;第二章是供应链的相关理论概述;第三章是 C 公司的现状及原因分析;第四章是基于 能力提升的 C 公司供应链结构的优化;第五章是 C 公司供应链竞争力的提升路径;第六章是 总结和展望。就目前学术界对车灯企业的供应链竞争力的应用情况研究而言,这方面的研究 并不十分多,希望本文的研究思路、研究方式和成果,能够给其他同类型车灯制造企业提供 良好的借鉴经验。 关键词: 供应链,协同评价,盈亏平衡点,自制/外包II Abstract With the rapid development of the automotive lighting market, the prices of automotive light is becoming more and more transparent and cheap. In order to seize more market share and occupy a place in market competition ,companies are also aware that it is very difficult to rely only on traditional small profits and quick sales and business management models. To survive and develop, these enterprises must rely on more innovative means and methods. Basing on the development status and existing problems of C company, focusing on the composition and operation status of its supply chain, combining the three factors of corporate strategy, business importance and economy, to analyze the relevant business processes of car company C company, so as to obtain the results of self-made / outsourcing decisions for business processes. Finally, through the analysis of the decision-making results, and then, to make decisions on the selection of outsourcing suppliers, to achieve the improvement of C company's supply chain competitiveness, and to focus on its innovation in practical applications. This article is based on the research of supply chain management of C company of automobile lamp factory, which is composed of six parts. The first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter is an overview of related theories. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation and reasons of C company. The fourth chapter is the optimization of the structure of C company's supply chain based on the improvement of capacity. The fifth chapter is introducing the supply chain of C company the path of enhancing competitiveness. Chapter 6 is summary and outlook. As far as the current academic research on the supply chain competitiveness of automotive lamp companies is concerned, there is not much research in this area. I hope that the something like the research ideas, methods and results of this article, will provide good results for other similar automotive lamp manufacturers.
