电力公司一直坚持着为人们提供安全的,足够的电力作为发展的宗旨。所以电力企 业在发展期间,不仅重视自身的发展,还着重开展绩效考核,做好内部的改革。绩效考 核方法的制定可以在提高人员工作效率的同时,使企业完成人才培养等工作。通过对NF 电网集团本部绩效考核存在的问题细致分析,使公司设立符合实际需求的绩效考核方 案,不但可以促进企业的内部改革,还使员工的工作质量得到提高。应用目前现有的绩 效考核方法是否可以促进NF电网集团本部的发展还没有定论,因此如果只是照搬现有 的制度,可能无法达到预期的效果。所以需要联系NF电网集团本部目前的实际情况, 了解影响电力企业绩效的相关因素,确定有效的绩效考核方案,才能使电力企业绩效得 以提升。本文采用文献研究法、调查法、理论与实践相结合方法重点调查研究NF电网 集团公司本部在绩效管理方面存在的问题并对此做出分析,针对这些问题提出了对策建 议。NF电网集团公司本部在绩效管理方面存在的主要问题有:一是绩效管理过程不合理; 二是绩效考核的意义认识不足,三是绩效考核的实施过程不科学,四是绩效考核标准设 置不合实际,五是绩效沟通和反馈缺少员工参与,六是绩效考核结果应用不当。导致这 些问题的原因是整个NF电网集团公司本部现实行的整体绩效考核体系过于陈旧,没有 适应时代经济的发展与业态的变迁。针对存在的这些问题,本文提出了制定科学的绩效 考核计划、完善绩效考核过程管理、加强绩效沟通和完善绩效考核结果应用的优化方案。 为确保优化方案的贯彻落实,提高企业绩效考核效率,打造一个完善的绩效考核体系, 需要加强绩效沟通和反馈,完善绩效考核结果应用,同时强化考核的宣传与贯彻实施、 把考核结果与员工奖惩挂钩、营造轻松的绩效考核氛围、开发绩效考核软件平台、完善 考核激励制度、提高员工参与感等。以期促使企业得到科学管理,并且不断优化企业的 人才结构,使企业的绩效考核水平得到提升,满足企业发展的需求。 关键词:NF电网集团绩效考核优化策略 II RESEARCHONPERFORMANCEAPPRAISALMANAGEMENTOPTIMIZTIAON OFNFPOWERGRIDGROUPHEADQUARTERS ABSTRACT Electricpowercompanieshavebeeninsistingonprovidingpeoplewithsafeand sufficientelectricpowerasthepurposeofdevelopment.Therefore,duringthedevelopmentof electricpowerenterprises,theynotonlyattachimportancetotheirowndevelopment,butalso focusonperformanceappraisalandinternalreform.Theestablishmentofperformance appraisalmethodcanimprovetheefficiencyofpersonnelworkandmakeenterprises completetheworkofpersonneltraining.Throughthedetailedanalysisoftheproblems existingintheperformanceappraisaloftheheadquartersofNFpowergridgroup,the companycansetupaperformanceappraisalschemethatmeetstheactualneeds,whichcan notonlypromotetheinternalreformoftheenterprise,butalsoimprovetheworkqualityof employees.Whetherthecurrentperformanceappraisalmethodcanpromotethedevelopment ofNFpowergridgroupheadquartershasnotbeendetermined,soifonlycopyingtheexisting system,itmaynotachievetheexpectedeffect.Therefore,itisnecessarytocontactthecurrent actualsituationofNFpowergridgroupheadquarters,understandtherelevantfactorsthat affecttheperformanceofpowerenterprises,anddetermineaneffectiveperformance evaluationscheme,soastoimprovetheperformanceofpowerenterprises.Thispaperfocuses ontheproblemsexistingintheperformancemanagementoftheheadquartersofNFPower GridGroupCorporationbyusingthemethodsofliteratureresearch,investigation,theoryand practice,andmakesananalysisoftheseproblems,andputsforwardcountermeasuresand suggestionsfortheseproblems.Themainproblemsexistingintheperformancemanagement oftheheadquartersofNFpowergridgroupcompanyareasfollows:first,theperformance managementprocessisunreasonable;second,thesignificanceofperformanceappraisalisnot fullyunderstood;third,theimplementationprocessofperformanceappraisalisunscientific; fourth,thesettingofperformanceappraisalstandardsisnotpractical;fifth,performance communicationandfeedbackarelackofemployeeparticipation;sixth,theapplicationof performanceappraisalresultsisimproper.Thereasonfortheseproblemsisthatthewholeset ofperformanceappraisalsystemofthewholeNFpowergridgroupcompanyistoooldto adapttotheeconomicdevelopmentofthetimesandthechangesofbusinessforms.Inviewof theseproblems,thispaperputsforwardtheoptimizationschemeofmakingscientific performanceappraisalplan,improvingperformanceappraisalprocessmanagement, strengtheningperformancecommunicationandimprovingtheapplicationofperformance appraisalresults.Inordertoensuretheimplementationoftheoptimizationplan,improvethe efficiencyofenterpriseperformanceappraisal,andbuildaperfectperformanceappraisal system,itisnecessarytostrengthenperformancecommunicationandfeedback,improvethe applicationofperformanceappraisalresults,strengthenthepublicityandimplementationof theappraisal,linktheappraisalresultswithemployeerewardsandpunishments,createa III relaxedperformanceappraisalatmosphere,developaperformanceappraisalsoftware platform,andimprovetheappraisalIncentivesystem,improveemployeeparticipation,etc.In ordertopromotethescientificmanagementofenterprises,andconstantlyoptimizethetalent structureofenterprises,sothatthelevelofenterpriseperformanceappraisalcanbeimproved tomeettheneedsofenterprisedevelopment.
