随着企业中供应链管理和物流管理地位不断提高,物流组织结构也随之越来 越科学化、效率化,当代企业经营中出现了供应链战略联盟的形式,上下游企业 和结成的合作联盟企业之间将克服原有的竞争概念,并且能够形成一种新的合作 方式,以强有力的合作形式进行双向联合,其中环环相扣,相互影响。 本文以供应链信息管理理论为指导,针对H企业电子雾化器的供应链信息管 理现状进行系统性的梳理和分析诊断,发现H企业存在(1)销售与客户之间信 息不对称;(2)采购与市场需求之间信息不透明;(3)库存与物流信息不匹配; (4)供应链成员之间信用机制不健全等问题,这些问题在一定程度上影响了H 企业供应链信息管理的顺畅度和完成度。 针对H企业的现状和问题,结合现行可操作性较强的行业应对策略。借助先 进的系统软件,打通各层级信息链的关键环节,促使H企业供应链各个环节联动 形成一体化管理效应,可以解决H企业供应链信息不对称和不透明的问题。此 外,应用当下流行的区块链技术来优化H企业存在的供应链信用以及信息共享问 题,同时对H企业的整体组织架构进行适当的变革和调整,做好供应链信息管理 的技术和人力资源保障工作,进而提升H企业在供应链信息管理方面的能力,增 强H企业的核心竞争力。同时,这些策略也可以作为电子雾化器同行业或是类似 背景的企业在进行供应链信息管理升级时的参考案例,形成企业的核心竞争壁垒, 长久发展。 关键词:供应链管理;供应链信息管理;区块链 1 Abstract With the improvement of the status of logistics management and supply chain management in enterprises, the logistics organization structure has become more scientific and efficient. The traditional corporate organization concepts in the past have changed and sublimated, and the functions of supply chain in business operations have also changed. Supply chain information is like the pulse of a supply chain enterprise, knowing a little and knowing the "full chain". A complete and orderly supply chain information management system can not only help supply chain companies obtain customer demographics, consumer behavior analysis and favorite cognitions, but also help companies understand the supply-side production situation, inventory data and logistics dynamics in a timely manner. Help companies to more intuitively understand the company's operations and market demand, so as to better assist companies in product planning, supply chain operation adjustments, so that resources can be optimally configured and utilized in the entire supply chain process.On the whole, supply chain information plays an indispensable role for a supply chain enterprise, and any link in it more or less affects the smoothness and integrity of the entire supply chain process. This paper combines the current situation and existing problems of H company's information management, through theoretical research, systematically sorts out and diagnoses the key problems of H company's current supply chain information management, and proposes some targeted and more operability.
