本文先叙述了供应链管理的相关理论，然后对AC公司供应
链的结构、特点以及存在的问题进行了分析，特别对其中的库存
和信息管理问题做了深入分析。基于上述分析及AC公司的实际
情况，提出了相应的建议和解决方案。首先，对企业内部现有的
信息需求进行分析和优化，提出了新的信息系统方案以解决企业
与供应链中其他企业的信息流动问题。其次，提出通过销售预测、
产品工艺、人员技能等方面的改善以提升企业的库存管理。论文
使用了若干数学模型对AC公司的库存进行优化。这些解决方案
对AC公司供应链管理的提升有积极的意义。

ABSTRACT
This thesis mainly is concerned with the problems in the supply
chain of AC Company. Solutions are developed based on the
analysis of problems in inventory management and information
management of AC Company.
With the SCM theory, the thesis analyzes the problems in the
supply chain of AC company, in particular, the problems in
inventory and information management. The thesis then develops
solutions to the problems, including analysis and design of a new
information system, enhancing MAX efficiency and improving
inventory management by improving sales forecasting, products
process and labour quality and, using of inventory models. The
solutions improve management of the supply chain management of
AC Company and benefits AC Company.
