随着民办高校的发展与壮大,其已经成为了中国教育领域不可或缺的一部 分。民办高校之所以能保持科学有序发展,长期保持竞争优势,依赖于学院专任 教师。怎样对民办高校的专职教师进行激励,这已经是民办高校需要考虑的一个 难题。 在此背景下,本论文以民办高校ZY职业学院为例展开研究。首先通过对相 关概念的整理和激励理论的阐述,以及国内外研究现状的梳理,为本文的研究提 供理论与文献支撑;其次介绍了ZY职业学院的概况,通过设计访谈提纲以及调 查问卷进行实地调研获取一手数据,并以此为依据,分析目前ZY学院专职教师 的激励机制中的难题和产生问题的影响因素;最后,结合ZY学院当前“专升本” 的未来发展规划,在分析优化指导思想与基本原则基础上,有针对性提出优化 ZY学院专任教师激励机制的对策建议,主要包括:生活需求的激励制度完善、 建立和完善考核体系、加强后勤保障工作、健全人才培训制度、加强自身文化建 设等五个方面。希望通过本文的研究,为同类民办高校强化教师激励、实现可持 续发展提供具有借鉴价值的参考建议。 关键词:关键词:关键词:关键词: 民办院校,激励理论,激励机制,ZY职业学院 专升本背景下ZY职业学院专任教师激励机制研究 II Research on the Incentive Mechanism of Full-time Teachers in ZY Vocational College under the Background of Junior College Upgrading ABSTRACT With the development and expansion of private colleges and universities, it has become an indispensable part of China's education field. The reason why private colleges and universities can maintain scientific and orderly development and long-term competitive advantage depends on full-time teachers. How to motivate the full-time teachers in private colleges and universities is a problem that private colleges and universities need to consider. In this context, this paper takes ZY Vocational College as an example. First of all, it provides theoretical and documentary support for the research of this paper by sorting out the relevant concepts, elaborating the incentive theory, and combing the research status at home and abroad; secondly, it introduces the general situation of ZY vocational college, and obtains the first-hand data through the design of interview outline and questionnaire on-the-spot investigation, and on this basis, it analyzes the difficulties in the incentive mechanism of full-time teachers in ZY college Finally, based on the analysis of the guiding ideology and basic principles of optimization, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the incentive mechanism of full-time teachers in ZY college, including: improving the incentive system of life needs, establishing and improving the assessment system, strengthening the logistics support work, and improving people The system of talent training and the construction of self culture.
