随着全球经济一体化的不断发展,世界各国之间往来贸易日益频繁,对于大多数 的生产型企业来说,原料供应是首要问题,特别是工业企业,原料物流运输成本是首 要考虑问题,船运业因其成本较低的先天优势,推动了沿海、江、河的港口企业的发 展。同时,港口的建设对于城市来说,也是一个重要的经济发展依托,港区的建设, 会引入较多投资较大的工业产业,连带与之关的产业随之兴建,人口在此处聚集,其 他服务型产业也会随之搭建。因此,可以说港口产业凭借其集群的显着优势,带动着 地方经济与社会发展。 港口建设投资较大,搭建之后,如何发展引人深思,并非所有的港口从建设,经 发展,到成熟都是一帆风顺的,大多数港口在发展过程中夭折,因此港口应采用怎样 的可持续商业模式做到健康、可持续发展就是论文研究的出发点,通篇思路首先是通 过对当今港口所在的大环境进行梳理,提出研究的目的与意义,然后结合相关文献明 确研究内容与方法,再通过理论研究搭建文章整体框架。选取 BBG 公司商业模式演 变为研究对象,探究其创新的驱动因素与驱动机制,同时结合现阶段发展问题进行分 析,提出合理的可持续商业模式创新策略。 研究发现:企业发展,历经多个阶段,在每一阶段,涉及的因素不断变化,面临 的问题也不断增加,主要表现在经济、自然、社会三个方面,商业模式创新影响因素 也随三者的关系变化而变化;把握三者的平衡,认清三者关系,及时做出调整,改变 固有商业模式,才是企业可持续发展的保证。 关键词:可持续发展;商业模式创新;驱动因素;创新策略BBG公司商业模式创新策略研究 I ABSTRACT With the continuous development of global economic integration, trade between countries in the world is increasingly frequent. For most production-oriented enterprises, the supply of raw materials is the primary problem, especially for industrial enterprises, the cost of raw material logistics and transportation is the primary consideration. Because of its inherent advantages of low cost, shipping industry promotes the development of coastal, river and river port enterprises. At the same time, the construction of the port is also an important support for the economic development of the city. The construction of the port area will introduce more industrial industries with greater investment, and the related industries will be built along with it. The population will gather here, and other service-oriented industries will also be built. Therefore, it can be said that the port industry is driving the local economic and social development with its obvious advantages of cluster. The investment in port construction is relatively large. After construction, how to develop is thought-provoking. Not all ports are smooth sailing from construction, development to maturity. Most ports die in the process of development. Therefore, what kind of sustainable business model should be adopted for ports to achieve healthy and sustainable development is the starting point of this paper The purpose and significance of the research are put forward, and then the research content and methods are clarified by combining with relevant literature, and then the overall framework of the article is built through theoretical research. This paper selects BBG's business model evolution as the research object, explores the driving factors and driving mechanism of its innovation, analyzes the current development problems, and puts forward reasonable sustainable business model innovation strategies. The research finds that: the development of enterprises has gone through many stages, in each stage, the factors involved are constantly changing, and the problems are also increasing, which are mainly manifested in the three aspects of economy, nature and society, and the influencing factors of business model innovation also change with the change of the relationship among the three; grasp the balance of the three, recognize the relationship between the three, make timely adjustments and change the inherent business model, Is the guarantee of sustainable development of enterprises.
