为了贯彻落实党的十九大关于深化金融体制改革，增强金融服务实体经济能 力的要求，加速我国银行与世界先进国家银行的接轨，就必须大力推进银行业务 转型建设。目前，我国商业银行产品同质化严重，收入主要以传统的存贷款利差 收入为主，中间业务产品单一，收益占比少。因此，研究商业银行特别是城市商 业银行业务转型，分析利率市场化与商业银行业务转型的关系，对于提高商业银 行服务实体经济能力，具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文以利率市场化和商业银 行业务转型为研究内容，以城市商业银行QD银行为案例银行，以资产负债管理 理论、差异化战略理论、金融创新理论等为指导，综合运用文献研究、数据分析 和归纳分析等方法，利用PEST和SWOT分析工具，围绕利率市场化、银行业务 等展开研究。一是，分析了利率市场化下QD银行业务现状及存在的问题。通过 对银行业务现状的分析找出QD银行存在的问题。二是，分析了利率市场化下QD 银行业务转型面临的环境。三是，分析了利率市场化下国内外商业银行业务转型 发展的经验，从中得出启示。最后，在以上分析的基础上得出了利率市场化背景 下QD银行业务转型的目标、方向并提出转型方案。 关键词：利率市场化商业银行业务转型 RESEARCHONTHETRANSFORMATION ANDDEVELOPMENTOFQDBANKING BUSINESSUNDERTHEBACKGROUND OFINTERESTRATELIBERALIZATION ABSTRACT Inordertocarryouttherequirementsofthe19thNationalCongressofthe CommunistPartyofChinaondeepeningthereformofthefinancialsystem,enhancing theabilityoffinancialservicestotherealeconomy,andacceleratingtheintegrationof China'sBankswithBanksofadvancedcountriesintheworld,itisnecessaryto vigorouslypromotethetransformationandconstructionofbankingbusiness.At present,China'scommercialBankshaveseriousproducthomogenization,andtheir incomeismainlybasedonthetraditionalinterestmarginincome,whiletheir intermediatebusinessproductsaresingleandtheirincomeaccountsforlittle. Therefore,itisofgreattheoreticalandpracticalsignificancetostudythebusiness transformationofcommercialBanks,especiallyurbancommercialBanks,andanalyze therelationshipbetweeninterestrateliberalizationandbusinesstransformationof commercialBanks,soastoimprovetheabilityofcommercialBankstoservethereal economy.Businesstransformationbasedonthemarketizationofinterestrateand commercialBanksastheresearchcontent,QDbankasacaseincitycommercialbank, assetliabilitymanagementtheory,thedifferentiationstrategytheory,financial innovationtheoryasaguide,theintegrateduseofliteratureresearch,dataanalysisand inductiveanalysismethods,suchasinterestratemarketization,banking,differentiation strategytheory,andthetheoryoffinancialinnovation.First,itanalyzesthecurrent situationandexistingproblemsofQDbankbusinessunderinterestrateliberalization. Throughtheanalysisofthecurrentsituationofbankingbusiness,theproblems existinginQDBanksarefoundout.Second,itanalyzestheenvironmentfacedbythe transformationofQDbankingbusinessundertheinterestrateliberalization.Thirdly,it analyzestheexperienceofthetransformationanddevelopmentofcommercialBanks' businessundertheinterestrateliberalizationathomeandabroad,anddraws enlightenmentfromit.Finally,basedontheaboveanalysis,thetargetanddirectionof thetransformationofQDbankingbusinessunderthebackgroundofinterestrate liberalizationareobtainedandthetransformationplanisproposed.
