当前各行各业的企业都面临着激烈的竞争与挑战,在激烈的竞争环境下,企业家们 越来越意识到人力资源已经成为了企业最重要的资源,企业之间的竞争归根结底就是人 才的竞争,人才招聘也逐渐成为了企业管理者最关心的问题。 A公司是一家以石矿开采为主业的多元化集团公司,在新的经济环境下,传统采矿 业的发展模式已经无法保持原有的竞争力,公司亟需提升专业技术能力和经营管理水 平。公司矿业板块业务的快速发展和战略转型需要大量具备良好专业素质的管理类人才 和专业技术人才。然而,A公司目前的员工招聘管理体系比较落后,员工招聘存在招聘 效率低、招聘效果差的问题,招聘工作已经无法满足公司业务发展对优秀人才的需求。 本文首先介绍了选题背景和研究意义,阐述了招聘有效性、招聘渠道等招聘相关理 论在国内外的研究情况,明确了本文的研究内容和研究方法。其次介绍了A公司矿业板 块的背景、人力资源现状和招聘工作中存在的问题。再次以访谈和调研所得到的数据为 支撑,分析出A公司矿业板块招聘工作效率低下、招聘效果不佳背后的原因有:任职资 格和岗位职责不明确、招聘渠道单一、缺少专业的人才测评、面试流程不合理,以及公 司对优秀人才的吸引力不够。最后针对A公司矿业板块员工招聘问题的各项原因提出了 改进策略和建议,包括做好岗位分析、拓展招聘渠道、建立专业的人才测评体系、优化 面试流程、提升公司对人才的吸引力五个方面。 研究者希望借助A公司矿业板块员工招聘问题的系统研究,提升A公司招聘工作 的效率和科学性;也希望通过本研究,为同类公司相关问题的解决提供有益的参考借鉴。 关键词:员工招聘;问题分析;对策研究 II Abstract Currententerprisesfromallwalksoflifearefacedwithfiercecompetitionand challenges,inthefiercecompetitiveenvironment,entrepreneursaremoreandmoreaware thathumanresourceshasbecomethemostimportantresources,thecompetitionbetweenthe enterprisesinthefinalanalysisisthecompetitionoftalents,talentrecruitmentalsogradually becamethemostconcernoftheenterprisemanagers. Acompanyisadiversifiedgroupwithstoneminingasitsmainbusiness.Underthenew economicenvironment,thedevelopmentmodeoftraditionalminingindustryhasbeenunable tomaintainitsoriginalcompetitiveness,sothecompanyurgentlyneedstoimproveits professionaltechnicalabilityandmanagementlevel.Therapiddevelopmentandstrategic transformationofthecompany'sminingbusinessrequirealargenumberofmanagementand technicalpersonnelwithgoodprofessionalquality.However,thecurrenttalentrecruitment managementsystemofAcompanyisrelativelybackward,andthereareproblemssuchaslow recruitmentefficiencyandpoorrecruitmenteffectinemployeerecruitment.Therefore,the recruitmenthasbeenunabletomeettheneedsofexcellenttalentsforthecompany'sbusiness development. Firstly,thispaperintroducesthebackgroundofthetopicandthesignificanceofthe research,expoundstheresearchstatusofthetheoriesrelatedtorecruitment,suchasthe effectivenessofrecruitmentandrecruitmentchannelsathomeandabroad,andclarifiesthe researchcontentandresearchmethodsofthispaper.Secondly,itintroducesthebackgroundof Acompany'sminingsector,thestatusquoofhumanresourcesandtheproblemsin recruitment.Again,accordingtointerviewofmanagersandsurveydata,thereasonsbehind lowefficiencyandpooreffectsofrecruitmentworkintheminingsectorofAcompany include:1.thequalificationandresponsibilityisnotclear.2.therecruitmentchannelissingle. 3.lackofprofessionaltalentevaluation.4.interviewprocessisnotreasonable.5.thecompany isnotenoughattractingtotalents.Intheend,theauthorputsforwardimprovementstrategies andsuggestionsforthereasonsofAcompany'srecruitmentproblemsintheminingsector, includingjobanalysis,expansionofrecruitmentchannels,establishmentofprofessionaltalent evaluationsystem,optimizationofinterviewprocess,andimprovementofthecompany's attractivenesstotalents. IhopetoimprovetheefficiencyandscientificityofAcompany'srecruitmentworkby virtueofthesystematicstudyontherecruitmentofemployeesintheminingsectorofA company.Also,Ihopethatthisstudycanprovideusefulreferenceforsimilarcompaniesto III solverelevantproblems.
