在当今企业间竞争日趋激烈的形势下,越来越多的企业开始重视人才,人才 已经成为企业间竞争成功与否的决定性因素。作为企业人力资源管理中重要内容 以及为企业获取优秀人才的重要途径, 招聘体系的有效与否决定了企业是否招募 到适合本企业人才的“质”与“量”。 WX 房地产企业正处在高速发展的转型阶段,该企业对于人才的需求量对比 以往有了大幅度提升,不管是“量”还是“质”,企业对于人才的 要求都有了大 幅度增长。WX 房地产企业高层管理者只重视增长经济效益方面,而忽视了企业 人才招聘工作这一关键环节。WX 房地产企业在招聘体系中存在较严重问题,企 业的经营扩大与发展受到严重影响。WX 房地产企 业的招聘体系与其他同类型、 同规模地产企业相似,但是仅仅是框架及形式上的相似,缺乏对招聘体系中各个 细节的严格把控,而对于招聘体系细节性把控正是决定企业招聘成败与否的关键 因素。 本文通过研究招聘相关 概念、国内外研究状况、招聘理论以及科学的研究方 法基础上,结合 WX 房地产企业现阶段招聘体系,仔细分析 WX 房地产企业在 招聘体系各个方面存在的缺陷和不足,进而对 WX 房地产企业提出现有招聘体 系的优化方案 。通过对 WX 房地产企业招聘体系的优化,企业的招聘工作可规 避现有问题,实现优化企业人力资源配置的目标,达到以最低的成本为 WX 房 地产企业选拔合适、优秀人才的目的。同时也为同行业、同类型企业员工招聘工 作提供借鉴和参考。 关键词:房地产企业;招聘;体系优化I Abstract In today's increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to talent, talent has become a decisive factor in the success of competition among enterprises. As an important part of human resource management and an important way for enterprises to obtain excellent talents, the effectiveness of recruitment system determines whether enterprises can recruit qualified personnel of their own quality and quantity. WX Real Estate Enterprise is in the transitional stage of rapid development. Compared with the past, the demand for talents of WX Real Estate Enterprise has been greatly increased. Whether it is quantity or quality, the demand for talents of WX Real Estate Enterprise has been greatly increased. The top managers of WX real estate enterprises only pay attention to economic growth, but neglect the key link of talent recruitment. WX real estate enterprises have serious problems in the recruitment system, and the expansion and development of enterprises are seriously affected. The recruitment system of WX real estate enterprises is similar to that of other real estate enterprises of the same type and scale, but it is only similar in framework and form, lacking strict control over the details of the recruitment system, and the control over the details of the recruitment system is the key factor to determine the success or failure of the enterprise recruitment. Based on the research of recruitment related concepts, research status at home and abroad, recruitment theory and scientific research methods, combined with the current recruitment system of WX real estate enterprises, this paper carefully analyses the shortcomings and shortcomings of WX real estate enterprises in all aspects of the recruitment system, and then puts forward the optimization scheme of the existing recruitment system for WX real estate enterprises. Through optimizing the recruitment system of WX real estate enterprises, the recruitment work of enterprises can avoid the existing problems, achieve the goal of optimizing the allocation of human resources, and achieve the goal of selecting suitable and excellent talents for WX real estate enterprises at the lowest cost.
