电力不仅是国民经济发展的基础,同时也与人民生活紧密相连,而发电企业作 为其中的重要组成部分,发挥着至关重要的作用。在我国电力体制改革的大背景下, 发电企业面临从脱离市场竞争到直面市场竞争的转变,A发电企业作为一家以煤为 燃料的发电企业,一方面面临煤炭近些年价格上涨而电价受国家宏观调控无法与煤 炭价格进行联动的大环境,另一方面又面临环保要求日趋严格的压力。同时在发电 市场上受到核电和风电等清洁能源的冲击,在外部不利的环境下,企业要发展就要 从内部提升企业竞争力,因此如何克服困境激发员工活力,从内部提升企业的核心 竞争力就显得尤为重要,通过这次研究对企业的成长具有一定的理论和现实意义。 文章以目前“厂网分开、竞价上网”的电力体制背景下的A发电企业作为研究 对象,在薪酬管理基本理论的指导下,以问卷调查的形式对员工的薪酬满意度进行 调查和研究,通过现场访谈和对调查结果的数据分析,找到影响薪酬满意度的主要 原因,并对调查数据进行信度、效度和相关性分析,确保结果的可靠性和准确性。 结合A发电企业的人员结构和企业面临的现状,分析企业薪酬管理上存在的问题, 探讨薪酬管理需要改进的思路和方向,提出相应的优化方案,建立一套符合企业现状 的薪酬管理体系,并制定相应的方案保障措施,使得方案能够顺利实施。充分发挥 薪酬的激励属性,从而激发员工的潜力,不断提升员工的创造力,从内部来提高企 业的核心竞争力。 关键词:A发电企业;薪酬管理;核心竞争力 III Apowergenerationenterprisesalarymanagementoptimization research Abstract Electricpowerisnotonlythefoundationofnationaleconomicdevelopment,butalso closelyconnectedwithpeople'slife.Asanimportantpartofit,powergeneration enterprisesplayanimportantrole.UnderthebackgroundofChina'spowersystemreform, powergenerationenterprisesarefacingthetransformationfrombreakingawayfromthe marketcompetitiontofacingthemarketcompetition.Asacoal-firedpowergeneration enterprise,ontheonehand,itisfacingtheenvironmentthatthepriceofcoalrisesin recentyearsandthepriceofelectricitycannotbelinkedwiththepriceofcoalbythe state'smacro-control,ontheotherhand,itisfacingthepressureofincreasinglystrict environmentalprotectionrequirements.Atthesametime,undertheimpactofclean energysuchasnuclearpowerandwindpowerinthepowergenerationmarket,inthe externaladverseenvironment,enterprisesneedtoimprovethecompetitivenessof enterprisesfromtheinternal,sohowtoovercomethedifficultiesandstimulatethevitality ofemployees,andenhancethecorecompetitivenessofenterprisesfromtheinternalis particularlyimportant.Throughthisstudy,thegrowthofenterpriseshascertain theoreticalandpracticalsignificance. Inthispaper,apowergenerationenterpriseunderthebackgroundof"separationof powerplantandpowergrid,biddingforpowergrid"istakenastheresearchobject. Undertheguidanceofthebasictheoryofcompensationmanagement,thesalary satisfactionofemployeesisinvestigatedandstudiedintheformofquestionnairesurvey. Throughon-siteinterviewanddataanalysisofthesurveyresults,themainreasons affectingthesalarysatisfactionarefoundandthesurveydataareanalyzedReliability, validityandcorrelationanalysistoensurethereliabilityandaccuracyoftheresults. Combinedwiththepersonnelstructureofapowergenerationenterpriseandthecurrent situationfacedbytheenterprise,thispaperanalyzestheproblemsexistinginthe compensationmanagementoftheenterprise,probesintotheideasanddirectionsforthe improvementofthecompensationmanagement,putsforwardthecorresponding optimizationscheme,establishesacompensationmanagementsysteminlinewiththe currentsituationoftheenterprise,andformulatesthecorrespondingschemeguarantee IV measures,sothattheschemecanbeimplementedsmoothly.Givefullplaytothe incentiveattributeofcompensation,soastostimulatethepotentialofemployees, constantlyimprovethecreativityofemployees,andimprovethecorecompetitivenessof enterprisesfromtheinside.
