I 摘要 国内近些年金融改革和经济形势在快速变化,金融行业不断推出新的多样化产品服 务,其行业之间竞争力度也不断加大。商业银行在市场竞争中核心竞争力为其能够取胜 的核心能力,是银行能够获得优势的根本所在,也是银行能够持续获得市场份额的重要 因素。同时商业银行核心竞争力离不开企业文化这个重要组成部分,优秀商业银行企业 文化组成银行核心竞争力,商业银行企业文化离不开优秀商业文化这个必然发展步骤, 同时企业文化也是商业银行竞争力保持的核心所在。商业银行的优秀企业文化,构成了 企业不能缺少的精神及道德纽带上更好的环境,让员工道德文化素质得到提升,同时也 提升企业凝聚力。 本文全面梳理了商业银行企业文化,分析研究了邮储 B 分行企业文化建设实践的现 状,对各类出现问题总结分析,总结出:精神文化建设宣传力度不足,制度文化建设忽 视员工职业发展,行为文化建设“官文化”日益严重,物质文化建设重形式缺内涵等各 类问题,对上述问题深入分析研究,指出产生问题的主要原因有:企业领导对企业文化 认识不足,企业文化建设缺乏监督检查,企业文化建设缺乏“人本”理念,企业重效益 轻企业文化建设实践等。从而最终提出了有针对性的对策建议,包括:丰富传播渠道促 进精神文化深入人心,建立考评机制保障企业文化发挥实效,构建简单和谐人际关系的 行为文化,建立依托载体彰显银行特色的物质文化等,试图提供给邮储 B 分行企业文化 建设实践一定的积极作用,也给 B 地区其他商业银行企业文化建设实践一定的参考和借 鉴。 关键词 中国邮政储蓄银行 企业文化 建设实践河北大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract Domestic financial reform and economic situation in recent years are constantly changing, the financial industry has been introducing new diversified products and services, and the competitiveness between their industries has been increasing.
