科研院所成果转化是其技术转化为生产力的关键,是决定其竞争力的核心要素。 在经济社会中,科研院所不但要专注于科技研发工作,还必须通过成果转化取得效益, 来提高其在社会的综合竞争力,这样才能立于不败之地。而影响科技成果转化的因素 极其复杂,同时受到外部环境和内部要素的制约,采取不同的转化模式是影响科技成 果转化成功率的关键,同时不同的转化模式影响科技成果转化的经济效益。因此,如 何恰当的选择科技成果转化模式一直是学术界和企业深入研究和思考的方向。 本文把科研院所成果转化模式作为研究对象,以 Y 院超薄玻璃转化模式为研究 案例,综合运用案例分析法、文献资料法、比较分析法、综合归纳法等研究方法,回 顾了学术界关于相关研究理论,针对科技成果转化的模式,阐述了科研院所自主转化、 技术转让和产学研合作三种转化模式的表现形式及三种模式的优点和不足。通过介绍 超薄玻璃科技成果的情况,分析其转化的适应条件,结合影响各种转化模式的因素, 通过投资大小、风险承担、获利程度、后续产品开发能力等四个方面的因素分析,得 出 Y 超薄玻璃科技成果转化最佳模式为产学研合作转化模式,最后通过实施转化结 果分析,提出超薄玻璃转化模式的最佳方案。 通过上述研究,本文认为,实现成果转化是科研院所科技成果转化为生产力的主 要途径,科技成果及研发主体自身的条件是影响转化模式选择的主要因素,选择合适 的影响因素进行分析是选择科技成果转化模式的关键,选择不同科技成果转化模式对 最终的成功率和经济效益影响巨大,本文从科技成果转化模式比较分析入手,探讨了 科技成果转化模式优缺点和适用性,以 Y 院超薄玻璃的实践研究,对科研院所成果 选择不同的转化模式具有借鉴意义。 关键词:科研院所;科技成果;超薄玻璃;转化模式科研院所科技成果转化模式研究——以 Y 院超薄玻璃转化为例 I ABSTRACT The achievement transformation of scientific research institutes is the key to the transformation from technology to productivity, and it is also the key factor to determine its competitiveness. Therefore, it is difficult for us to choose the appropriate transformation mode. In this paper, the transformation mode of scientific research institute achievements is taken as the research object, and the ultra-thin glass transformation mode of Y Institute is taken as the research case, and the research methods such as case analysis, data access, comparative analysis and comprehensive induction are comprehensively used to review the relevant research theories in the academic circles The three transformation modes of technology transfer and industry university research cooperation, as well as the shortcomings and shortcomings of the three modes.
