成为企业人力资源 管理中至关重要的一环。对于公司而言,绩效考核体系的建立和完善也就显得尤为的关键。 本文以S公司为研究对象,通过对该公司绩效考核现状进行分析,发
现现有的绩效 考核体系中缺乏科学有效的绩效考核指标,导致考核过程中主观因素过多,考核严重缺 乏客观性和可操作性,从而本文以S公司项目团队绩效考核以及团队管理人员
绩效考核 为例,通过设计绩效考核指标,项目团队绩效考核一级指标财务指标、客户关系指标、 内部流程指标、学习与成长指标,有针对性对S公司项目团队绩效考核指标进行优
化与 分析;项目团队管理人员绩效考核一级指标工作业绩、工作技能、工作态度,针对项目 团队管理人员绩效进行优化。与此同时,对S公司绩效考核中产生的诸多问题进行深刻
、 多角度、全方位剖析。运用采取层次分析法和模糊综合评价构建绩效评价体系,利用 AHP层次分析法软件(yaahp6.0)进行指标权重的计算,全面分析S公司绩效评价指标 体系

situationofperformanceappraisalofthecompanyanalysis,foundthatthelackofscientific
andeffectiveperformanceappraisalindexoftheexistingperformanceappraisalsystem,
leadingtoexcessivesubjectivefactorsduringtheassessmentprocess,assessmentofaserious
lackofobjectivityandoperability,andfromtakingS,theprojectteamperformanceappraisal andteammanagementstaffperformanceevaluationasanexample,throughthedesignof
