体育欣赏课程在呼和浩特地区高等院校开设的可行性研究

我国各高校相继实行选修课制度以来,为学生综合素质的提高和个 性发展提供了广阔的空间, 与此同时公共体育选修课教学也成为高校体 育教学中最活跃的一部分。通过体育选修课的教学方法和手段上的创新 与尝试,对培养和提高学生的综合能力和素质,发展学生的创新能力发 挥着至关重要的作用,成为完成体育教学目标的重要手段之一。体育欣 赏课的开设对于增强学生体育意识、激发学生学习体育技能的兴趣、实 施审美教育、提高大学生的人文素质有着极为重要的作用。 本文以呼和浩特地区 5 所高校的体育教师及学生为研究对象,运用 文献资料分析法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等为研究方法进行研究、分 析了在呼和浩特地区高校开设体育欣赏课程的可行性,从理论角度分析 了呼和浩特地区高等院校在公选修课程中开设体育欣赏课的可行性和必 要性,通过对体育教师、学生进行问卷调查后,得出相关结论:1.体育 欣赏课对提高大学生的体育审美能力有很大帮助,可以满足学生对美的 渴望,是对学生进行美育的一个重要措施,对发展校园体育文化有促进作 用,对大学生实施美育从而提高大学生人文素质有着极为重要的意义; 2.体育欣赏课能激发学生学习体育技能的兴趣,感受体育带来的乐趣, 完善大学生的知识体系,提高学生学习、参加体育运动的积极性,为学 生今后树立终身体育的概念打下良好的基础;3 .在呼和浩特地区高校开 设体育欣赏课与高等院校的教学改革相适应,是高校教育改革的需要;4 呼和浩特地区高校教师学历结构中,本科学历所占比重较大。职称结构 中讲师所占比重最大。大部分教师都通过各种学习形式,努力提高自己 的专业业务水平,来满足教学中的需要;5.大多数学生对在呼和浩特地 区开设体育欣赏课程持支持态度,大部分教师认为此课程的开设具有实 际意义;6.呼和浩特地区高校学生参加体育运动的热情较高,余暇时间 也比较充裕,但由于安排不尽合理,导致整体体育运动氛围较差;7. 呼 和浩特地区高校大部分教师熟练操作计算机等多媒体教学设备,呼和浩 特地区高校多媒体硬件设施尚处在建设发展阶段。 根据以上所得出的结论提出了相关的建议:1.加强对体育教师的培 训,提高体育教师队伍专业知识水平和素养,充分发挥教师的影响和主 导作用,结合高校体育教学内容开设相关体育欣赏课,提高他们的体育欣赏能力和水平;2.不断加强对体育教学设施的投入,充分开发利用现 有场馆等教学资源,营造学生参加体育运动的良好环境,培养学生锻炼 身体的兴趣。3.学校应组织教师向已开设此类课程的学校调研、学习教 学经验、教学方法、教学模式等;4.组织相关人员定期开展研讨活动, 对开设体育欣赏课程中凾待解决的问题进行学术讨论和交流,加强体育 欣赏实践和理论研究,完善体育教学理论体系,使体育欣赏课既要在培 养学生技术技能方面成效明显,又要使隐性教育功能与作用得以提高, 使高校体育教育向着多功能、多元化方向发展。 关键词:体育欣赏课,呼和浩特地区高校,选修课程Abstract Chinese universities' elective system provides a broad space for students' comprehensive quality improvement and the individuality development, public PE elective courses education has become the most active part of college physical education. The innovation of PE elective courses teaching methods plays a crucial role in the development of students' comprehensive ability and quality. PE elective courses is the main method to complete teaching target. PE appreciation courses helps to improve students' sports consciousness and humanistic qualities as well as stimulate students' interest to learn sports skills. This paper choose five universities' physical education teachers and students in Hohhot as study objects, using many research methods such as literature material analysis method, questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the possibility of PE appreciation courses' establish in Hohhot area's universities.What conclusions derived by studying are described as follow: 1. PE appreciation courses helps a lot to improve students' aesthetic ability of sports .It can can satisfy students' desire for beauty. It is also an important measure to promote the development of the campus sport culture and students' humanistic qualities. 2. PE appreciation courses can stimulate the students' study interest in sports skills, and help students to experience the fun of sports. It perfects college students' knowledge system. It improves the students' enthusiasm to take part in sports and lay a good foundation for students to establish the concept of lifelong sports. 3. It is the the need of universities education reform to offer PEappreciation courses in Hohhot universities. 4. In the institutions of University teachers' qualifications in Hohhot, bachelor degree is in larger proportion. In the institutions of title, the lecturer is the largest. Most of the teachers are striving to improve their professional level to meet the needs of teaching through various forms of study. 5. Most students in Hohhot area support to set up PE appreciation courses and most teachers believe that the creation of this course has high practical significance. 6. The students in Hohhot have high enthusiasm to participate in sports and their leisure time is abundant. However, the the arrangements is unreasonable, resulting in poor overall sports atmosphere. 7. Most of the teachers in Hohhot universities multimedia teaching equipment operation. The multimedia hardware facilities of Hohhot universities is still in the construction stage of development. According to the above conclusions I put forward the following related proposals: 1. To strengthen the physical education teachers' training, and to improve sports teachers professional knowledge level and the accomplishment. To give full play to the teacher's influence and leading role. In order to improve students' sports appreciation ability and level, it is better to offer PE appreciation courses to combine with the college physical education teaching content. 2. Continue to strengthen the investment in teaching facilities for sports and the rational development and utilization of teaching resources. Create a favorable environment for participation in sports, and cultivate the interest of students to do exercise. 3. Universities should organize teachers to learn teaching experience, teaching methods, teaching modes, etc from those universities which have opening this course. 4. Universities should organize relevant personnel to regularly carry out research activities, discuss unresolved issues about the creation of PEappreciation courses, strengthen the ability of PE appreciation practice and theoretical research, and improve the system of physical education teaching theory. So that PE appreciation courses could improve both of the technical skills and the implicit educational function and role of the students. Thus, the university Physical Education will develop toward multi-function and diversification.
