高等职业教育作为高等教育的组成部分,按照联合国教科文组织 1997 年颁布 的世界教育分类标准,与普通高等教育培养学术型、工程型相比,高等职业教育 主要是培养技术型、技能型人才,直接为社会生产、建设、管理、服务等领域提 供从事生产、经营、管理服务一线的高级应用性技术人才。随着国务院《关于大 力发展职业技术教育的决定》(国发[1991]55 号)等一系列法规文件的相继出 台,国家加大了对高职院校的扶持力度,我国的高职教育呈现了前所未有的发展 势头。 高等职业院校体育教育作为高等职业教育的重要组成部分和终身教育、素质 教育的重要阵地,其体育目标如何能更好的实现高职院校职业性、实用性、技能 型人才培养的要求,使从事未来职业岗位工作的“准职业人”具有良好的健康水 平、岗位特殊身体素质储备、动作技能储备、终身体育锻炼能力和社会适应能力, 正是高等职业院校教育管理部门和广大体育教育工作者深化高职体育课程教学改 革,提升体育教学质量亟需研究的重要课题。 本文运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑法等研究方法,对河南省 高职院校实施职业实用性体育教育的必要行和可行性进行分析,对所得的数据采 用 EXCEL 和 SPSS13.0 统计软件予以录入和处理。 研究结果发现: 1、面对职业工作环境的日益复杂性、职业的多样性、工作的高强度性和职业 病逐渐增多的情况,需要培养未来职业人具有对职业十分重要的身体素质水平和 职业保健知识,在高职院校实施职业实用性体育教育是一种社会需求,具有重要 的现实意义。 2、河南省开设 “职业实用性体育”的高职院校数量不多,已开展学校的教 学改革有待于进一步深化。 3、河南省高职院校的体育管理者对开展“职业实用性体育”有较好的认识, 这为职业实用性体育教学改革提供了组织保证。 4、河南省高职院校体育教师的数量、师资结构、教师的知识和教学能力、观 念和改革积极性等方面存在一定问题,影响着“职业实用性体育”改革的进程。II 5、学生对“职业实用性体育”的开设有很大的需求,这为教学改革奠定了坚 实的基础,不同专业之间存在一定的差异。 6、河南省高职院校的体育场地设施虽有很大的改善,但仍不能满足教学和学 生锻炼的需求,校与校之间发展不均衡。场地设施较好的学校具备了开展“职业 实用性体育”教学改革的硬件条件。 7、河南省高职院校中大范围的开展“职业实用性体育”教学改革的条件还需 进一步完善,在部分院校的某些专业开设“职业实用性体育”是可行的。 最后,本文对影响高职院校实施职业实用性体育教育的几个重要因素提出一 些参考性建议。 关键词:河南省;高职院校;职业实用性体育;可行性III Abstract The higher vocational education is the vital part of the higher education. According to the world educational classification standard which United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in 1997 promulgated ,the higher vocational education mainly train the technology, the skill talented person directly for the social production, construction, management and provision services ,comparing with the ordinary higher education which trains academic and the project person . With the State Council document of on vigorously develop vocational and technical education (State of the [1991] 55), in Henan Province People's Government implemented the State Council vigorously develop vocational education in the implementation of decisions(Yu on the 20th [2006]) a series of laws and regulations have been promulgated the document, the vocational education in our country and our province has an unknown development tendency. Higher Physical Education is an important and integral part of life-long education. How to better realize their sports targets of developing higher vocational colleges vocational practical, skills-based personnel ,and how to train the quasi-professional has a good level of health, physical reserves special status, motor skill reserves, lifelong physical exercise capacity and ability to adapt to social services , are an important question for study of higher vocational management and educational departments, and Sports Vocational educators who deepen the reform of teaching physical education curriculum, arise the quality of sports teaching. In this paper, the use of documentary, interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics logical analysis methods, the creation of Henan Province Vocational College sports utility firms and the necessary feasibility analyses, I used EXCEL/ SPSS13.0 statistical software to record and deal with those dates. The results as follow: 1. Situation which facing the occupation working conditions' day-by-day complexity, the occupation multiplicity,the work high intensive property and occupational disease increase gradually, needs to train the professional person to have in the future to the occupation very important physical quality level and the occupationalIV health knowledge, in the quality colleges and universities start the professional practical phsical education is one kind of social demand, has the vital practical significance. 2. In Henan Province The quantity of vocational colleges and universities develops the professional practical phsical education is not many, and those which has developed the educational reform to be waited for further deepens. 3. In Henan Province the vocational colleges' and universities' sports administrators to have a better understanding of the professional practica phsical education l. This has provided the organization guarantee for the professional usable sports educational reform. 4. Gym instructor's quantity, the teachers structure, teacher's knowledge ,the teaching faculty , the teaching idea and the enthusiasm are Those who puzzle the development of the Henan Province vocational colleges and universities the professional practical phsical education .These aspects have some bigger problems. 5. The students have the very big demand of startingthe professional practical phsical education , and this has laid the solid foundation for the educational reform, while different specialties have different needs. 6. Although the Henan Province quality colleges' and universities' sports location facility has the very big improvement, but still could not meet the need which the teaching and the student exercise ;The development between different schools has not balanced .Those schools which have better location facility have a hardware condition of developing the professional practical phsical education reform . 7. In the Henan Province quality colleges and universities wide range's start the professional practical phsical education the condition is not mature, in the partial colleges' and universities' individual specialized start professional usable sports is feasible. Finally, this article puts forward some referential proposals on several important attributions of the higher vocational colleges and universities which will start the professional practical phsical education .
