当前我国体育运动的发展进入新常态,学校体育为适应时代的发展也在发 生着悄然的变化,排球教学的创新性改革也将是体育教学改革的必然趋势和重 点课题。党的十八届五中全会提出了“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”发展 理念,要求高校逐渐向应用型、技术型、技能型转变,注重开发示范学科和特 色新专业,2016 年国务院办公厅印发的《关于强化学校体育促进学生身心健康 全面发展的意见》中指出学校体育课中要坚持培养兴趣与提高技能相结合,坚 持课堂教学与课外活动相衔接等原则,强调了体育课中身体素质和心理健康同 步发展的重要性,突出了兴趣的培养尤为重要。郑州科技学院是河南省高校中 重要一员,其在教学工作上不断创新和改革,下阶段计划在公共体育课中加入 公园排球的项目,公园排球的推广不仅是项目本身的健身价值驱动,更是全民 健身的社会价值驱动,也是高校与社会链接的纽带,更是展现自我的平台。本 文分别釆用文献资料法、对比分析法、教学实验法、观察法、数据统计法等研 究方法,从体育教学大纲、教学时间分配,教学组织等方面在保证正常的教学 秩序下,选取郑州科技学院 2016 级公共体育课的学生 80 人作为实验对象,在 2016 年 9 月到 12 月之间按照实验步骤进行常规教学,通过学期实验研究得出, 1.公园排球与传统硬式排球相比,易上手,实践性强,场地要求相对较低, 内容新颖,对人数不限制等特点,能极大地吸引学生的参与度,学生在课堂上 能获得更多成功体验愉悦感和主动练习积极性,符合大学生的心理预期,可以 作为高校体育课程内容改革的新途径之一。 2.通过实验班和对照班开展公园排球的可行性研究认为,实验班学生对公 园排球基本技术掌握得更加牢固,对整个技战术学习周期短于传统硬式排球, 教学效率得到了提高,并带动了周围更多的学生关注以及投入公园排球的学习, 壮大了学院排球运动群体规模,证明公园排球更适合在大学生中开展和普及。 3.公园排球球体大、重量轻、球的有效飞行时间长,在教学比赛中学生掌 握排球技术和运用技战术比传统硬式排球更容易(女生表现尤其明显),来回 球次数增多,比赛节奏更加紧凑,大大提高了学生的自信心和积极性。 4.实验班与对照班学生的身体素质实验前后测试没有明显的差异,证明公 园排球在提高学生身体素质方面和传统硬式排球相比没有很明显的优势,两者II 具有同等的健身效果。 同时提出相应的建议 1.教师应加强排球课程的理论学习,利用多种渠道深入了解公园排球与硬 式排球的运动特点与差异,在教学实践中总结探索两种排球项目运动规律,积 极探索公园排球与硬式排球的教学方法及教学手段,增强排球运动的趣味性和 教学实用性。 2.在课余时间可以建立一系列合理的指导模式,组建学校公园排球俱乐部 参加运动会开幕式表演、兄弟院校、社区群众交流比赛等一些可以让学生展示 的平台,激发学生参加公园排球运动的兴趣,提高学生的主动性和积极性。 3.根据学院自身的场地和器材情况,对校园现有的场地进行合理的利用和 规划(如在羽毛球场地设置升降球柱就可以一地两用),进一步完善场馆设施 的功能,为公园排球的开展提供尽可能多的场地和平台。 4.调整公共体育课教学大纲,把公园排球列入教学大纲之中,组织一线体 育教师进行公园排球课程培训,充分熟悉技术、战术、规则以及裁判法,为公 园排球的开设推广打好基础。 关键词,公园排球;技战术;可行性;研究I Abstract Nowadays our country sports development enters the new normal. School physical education is quietly changing in order to adapt to the development of the era. The innovative reform of volleyball teaching will also become the inevitable trend in the reform of physical education and the key issue. The fifth PlenarySession of the eighteenth National Congress of the CPC puts forward the development philosophiesinnovation, coordination, green, open, sharing, for private colleges gradually turning to applied, technological, skilled ones, and paying attention to developing demonstration ofthe disciplines and new feature specialties. This article selects an important member the ZhengZhou University of Science and Technology in private colleges and universities in HeNan province. It has constant innovation and reform in the teaching work and plans to add the park volleyball into public physical education class in the next stage. The promotion of park volleyball is not only the driving of the project itself of fitness value, but also the driving of the national fitness of the social value. It is also the link between the university and the society, and the platform of self-expression. This paper adopting literature review method, comparison analysis, experiment teaching, observation, data statistics and more research methods, selecting eithty students who take part in public physical education class in level 2016 of ZhengZhou University of Science and Technology as the experimental objects, using the park volleyball teaching contents, from sports teaching outline, teaching time allocation, and teaching organization which are under the normal order of teaching, according to the experimental steps for regular teaching, arrives at the conclusion through the semester experiment study: 1pared with traditional hard volleyball, park volleyball has the advantages in easy to play, strong practicality, relatively low space requirement, novel content, and unlimited number of people, which can greatly attract the participation of students. Students can obtain more pleasures of successful experience and the enthusiasms of initiative exercise in the class. And park volleyball is in line with the psychological expectations of college students, so it can be taken as one of the newII ways of reform of physical education curriculum content in colleges and universities. 2.The feasibility study of park volleyball carried out by the experimental class and the control class shows that the experimental class students are better at the park volleyball basic skills, and its entire technical learning time is shorter than the traditional hard volleyball, and the teaching efficiency has been improved,and it drives more students around them to pay close attention to and devote themselves to the study of park volleyball. It expands the group size of college volleyball and proves that park volleyball is more suitable to be carried out and popularized among college students. 3.The park volleyball ball is big in size, light in weight, and long in the ball effective flight time. It is easier for students to master volleyball skills and use techniques and tactics in teaching competitions than traditional hard volleyball (girls are especially obvious). The time of the back and forth ball is getting more, and the rhythm of the game is more compact, which greatly improves the self-confidence and enthusiasm of students. 4.There is no significant difference between the experimental class and the comparative class in the physical fitness test before and after the experiment, which proves that park volleyball has no obvious advantages over the traditional hard volleyball in improving students' physical fitness, but they both have the same fitness effect. At the same time, the corresponding suggestions are put forward: 1.Teachers should strengthen the theoretical study of volleyball course, insight into the movement characteristics and differences between park volleyball and hard volleyball through multiple channels, summarize two volleyball project law in the teaching practice, actively explore the teaching methods and means of park volleyball and hard volleyball, and strengthen the enjoyment and practicability of volleyball teaching. 2.In the spare time, they can set up a series of reasonable guidance mode, build school park volleyball club to participate in the opening ceremony of sports meeting, and some platforms which can make students display, such as, brother institutions,III communication game of community, stimulate students' interest in park volleyball, and cultivate the students' initiative and enthusiasm. 3.According to the college's own venues and equipment situation, it reasonably utilize and plan on the existing area of campus (as it can set lift ball column in the badminton venue which can make a double benefit. ) further improve the functionality of the venue facilities, and provide the place as much as possible for launching park volleyball. 4.Adjusting the public physical education teaching outline, adding launching park volleyball into the syllabus, organizing first-class PE teachers to proceed park volleyball course training, and being fully familiar with the skills, tac
