从世界角度来看，全球经济虽然缓慢复苏，但增长动能仍然不足，短期性政 策刺激效果不佳，深层次结构性问题尚未解决。从全国角度来看，经济面临下行， 产能过剩和需求结构升级矛盾突出，经济增长内生动力不足。我国新疆维吾尔自 治区，长久以来将基础建设作为增强地方经济实力、帮助农牧民脱贫致富、改善 投资环境的“重要武器”，在寻求经济转型的大环境下，需要新的动能去促进区 域经济稳定增长，更重要的是需要寻求多渠道投融资方式支持实体发展。而金融 支持实体经济的出发点和归宿，一定会落到实体经济的升级换代，促进经济与产 业结构的重新平衡，从这一角度出发，股权投资作为现代金融业的新贵，其独特 的资本基因就决定其主动、深入的为实体经济“赋能”的能力。 本文介绍了新疆地区经过 50 余年的开垦，具备地广人稀、与 8 个国家接壤 的地域优势，现代农业产业化发展具备坚实的基础，新疆地区的农业公司特别是 种业公司的投资价值，值得我们重新认识并展开深入研究。 本文以 CT 种业为例，计划以股权投资形式，参与到农业产业化进程中。首 先，通过市场、行业以及财务分析的讨论，判断 CT 种业的投资可行性，从而得 出系统分析新疆地区农业企业的投资价值判断体系，帮助投资机构预判行业发展 趋势，协助标的项目企业实现自我诊断，从而促进新疆地区实体经济发展。最后 通过投资收益预测及风险评估对标的企业投资价值进行论证，综合收益与风险各 要素，为投资决策提供依据。 论证企业是否具备投资价值，不仅是企业本身的成长性分析，亦是对市场趋 势及风险的判断。行业上，新疆地区土地集中且平整，完全符合现代农业集约式、 智能化的发展趋势；企业成长方面，专业投资机构的介入有利于完善标的企业的 资本结构，为企业注入新鲜血液。 关键词，股权投资；可行性分析；行业研究；风险II Abstract， From the view of the world, the global economy is recovering slowly, but the growth momentum is still insufficient. The short-term policy stimulus has not worked well and the deep-seated structural problems have not been solved. From the perspective of the whole country, the economy is facing a downward trend. The contradiction between excess capacity and the upgrading of demand structure prominently, and the internal impetus for economic growth insufficiently. Sinkiang Uygur Autonomous Region in our country, enhancing local economic strength as aimportant weapon to help farmers out of poverty to get rich , to improve the investment environment, to seek the economic transformation of the environment.It is time to find a new kinetic energy to promote the stable growth of regional economy.It is more important to seek multi-channel investment and financing way to support the development of the entity. And financial support to the starting point and the ultimate aim of the real economy, upgrading will fall to the real economy, promote the economic and industrial structure of rebalancing. From this perspective, equity investment as the modern financial industry upstart, its unique capital genes determines its active and in-depth for the entity economy's ability to enable. Sinkiang region were introduced in this paper after more than 50 years of reclamation, sparsely populated, the regional advantage of borders with eight countries, have a solid foundation for modern agricultural industrialization development, Sinkiang agricultural companies especially the investment value of seed industry company, is worth us to know and in-depth study. Taking CT Seed Industry as an example, this paper intends to participate in agricultural industrialization in the form of equity investment. First of all, through the market, industry, and the discussion of the financial analysis, judge CT Seed Industry investment feasibility, thus draws the system analysis of Sinkiang agricultural enterprises investment value judgment system, help investment institutions anticipation industry development trends, to help mark project enterprise realize self-diagnosis, so as to promote the region economy development in Sinkiang. Finally,III through the investment income forecast and risk assessment, the investment value of the underlying enterprise is demonstrated, and the comprehensive income and risk factors are used to provide the basis for investment decisions. It is not only the growth analysis of the enterprise itself, but also the judgment of the market trend and risk. The land in Sinkiang is concentrated and flat, which is in line with the modern agricultural intensive and intelligent development trend. In terms of the growth of enterprises, the intervention of professional investment institutions is conducive to the improvement of the capital structure of the underlying enterprises and the injection of fresh blood for enterprises.
