摘 要 随着“十三五”期间全面深化改革的不断推进,S 机场在薪酬管理的内容、 模式、方法等方面有了明显的提升和发展,但 S 机场固有的薪酬管理体制中还存 在许多问题,影响了 S 机场对优秀人才的吸引,制约了在职人员的工作积极性, 抑制了企业的发展。因此,为了保证企业在新一轮的改革浪潮中更好的生存,充 分调动企业员工和管理人员的积极性,对现有的薪酬激励机制进行优化设计,并 保证其有效实施,具有重要的现实意义。 本文主要包含六个方面内容。第一,对研究的背景和意义进行论述,阐明进 行薪酬优化研究的重要性,明确研究问题、主要内容;第二,对薪酬体系理论与 研究进行总结归纳,最终确定研究方法、思路和框架;第三,对 S 机场现有的人 力资源情况、薪酬体系进行阐述说明;第四,对 S 机场现有薪酬体系中存在缺乏 外部竞争力和内部公平性以及非货币性薪酬等主要问题与其影响因素进行实证 探讨与分析;第五,针对存在的问题对 S 机场薪酬体系做出改进方案并对方案提 出保障措施;第六,对全文进行总结概况。 本文采用理论研究与案例分析相结合的方法,旨在依据现代的薪酬管理理 论,采用科学的薪酬管理手段,对 S 机场现有的薪酬体系进行优化,有助于建立 合理的薪酬体系,激励员工的积极性,促进企业人力资源有效配置,使薪酬激励 制度成为完成民航企业战略发展目标提供有力支撑。同时,为同类企业薪酬激励 制度的制订提供参考。 关键词:S 机场,薪酬管理,外部竞争力,内部公平性,非货币性薪酬III TABLE OF CONTENTS ABSTRACT....................................................................................................................I 摘 要.......................................................................................................................
