摘要
进入21世纪,随着经济全球化的到来,市场竞争程度已经远远超越了各企业
之间的竞争,而升级为供应链和供应链之间的对抗,企业未来经营管理和竞争模
式的方向也将更注重于提升供应链的运作水平。企业内部的资源整合方式是企业
取得竞争优势的一个方面,另一方面是来自该企业与其上下游单位共同构成的整
体供应链体系的资源利用效率,然而我国大多数企业供应链运作仍处于粗放低效
的水平。近年来,我国发展规划中一再把提升机械制造行业的高端化和智能化放
到战略高度,本文就以一家A公司为对象进行供应链的优化研究,A公司是一家初
具规模的机械制造公司,该公司近几年发现在一些业务经营和企业管理方面跟不
上市场变化,例如客户管理不到位、供应商管理简单、生产管理模式落后、库存
过大、信息共享度不足、资金利用率低等诸多问题,本文就结合供应链优化的相
关理论,定位并剖析A公司目前供应链运作所存在的问题,结合公司内外部环境,
针对具体问题提出合理并切实可行的优化方案
本文首先对供应链相关文献进行研究分析,结合相关理论,指出A公司当前
供应链运作中的主要问题。其次,针对A公司供应链运作问题进行具体剖析,深
度挖掘目前存在弊端的根本原因。最后,运用供应链优化理论,从组织结构、管
理模式以及业务流程等多个维度,对A公司供应链进行优化,提升供应链整体运
作效率,使A公司核心竞争力大幅度提高并得以维持。通过本文的研究,不仅仅
为A公司供应链运作水平进一步的提升开拓了新的思路和方法,同时对于同行业
和类似企业供应链优化研究途径提供了极为有效的参考和借鉴
本文主要分为四部分,第一部分包括第1章,主要阐述本文研究的背景和目的
第二部分包括第2章,主要研究所使用的基础理论。第三部分包括第3章、第4
章和第5章,这部分主要以A公司为研究对象,从公司供应链现状出发,挖掘问题,
再针对问题给出解决方案进行优化。第四部分为第6章,主要对本文进行总结并
给出结论

Abstract
Entering the twenty-first Century, with the advent of economic globalization,
Competition in the modern market has long gone beyond the competition between
enterprises, but it is escalated into a collision between multiple supply chains, the future
management and competition mode of enterprises will also focus on improving the
operation level of supply chain. On the one hand, the competitive advantage of
enterprises depends on the way of resource integration within the enterprise, and on the
other hand, it depends on the resource utilization efficiency of the supply chain system
which are constituted by the company and its upstream and downstream businesses,
However, for most enterprises, the level of supply chain management is still in the stage
of simple and inefficient repetition. In recent years, China's development plan also put
the machinery manufacturing industry to a strategic height on research of intelligence,
this article will study a machinery manufacturer company A as the object on supply
chain, Company A is a medium-size corporation, they can’t keep up with the change of
market on operation and management recently, For example, the poor management to
customers and suppliers, the problems of production management, the stock is too large,
the lack of information sharing system, the low utilization ratio on funds, and so on.
Refer to the related theories of supply chain, find the existing problems and proposed a
viable optimization program on the supply chain of Company A.
This article first studies the related literatures of supply chain, Refer to the
optimization theory of supply chain and points out the main problems on Company A.
Secondly, it analyzes the existing problems of supply chain in company A, and to dig
the root cause of the problem in the supply chain management of the company A.
Finally, we used the theory and optimization program of supply chain to upgrade the
Overall operation efficiency of supply chain, so as to improve the core competitiveness
of Company A. This research not only provides new methods and ideas for the A
company to further enhance the operation level of supply chain, but also to provide
experience to study supply chain management optimization for the same industry and
similar types of enterprises.
This article consists of four parts. The first part, including the first chapter, which
expounds mainly the background and purpose of the study. The second part includes the
second chapter, which researched the using basic theory in this paper. The third part
include the third chapter, fourth chapter and fifth chapter, this part mainly takes
Company A as the research object, study the present situation of the company supply
chain, looking for problems, then solve the problems and optimize the company supply
chain. The fourth part is the sixth chapter, which is the summary and the conclusion of
this article.
