本文的主要研究对象是化工企业及其员工,通过使用文献分析法,对关于企
业社会责任、员工忠诚度以及两者的关系进行分析和论述,进一步确定了企业社
会责任是从环境责任、社会公众责任和员工责任三个角度出发来论述,其中在测
量员工忠诚度时,可以从如下方面入手:情感忠诚、努力忠诚和留职忠诚,并假
设两者存在影响关系,采取问卷调查的方式,对化工企业的内部员工进行调查,
得出一系列数据,在此基础上利用 SPSS20.0 进行回归分析,从而得出结论
在研究相关理论的基础上进行回归实证分析,发现:化工企业的员工忠诚度
与其社会责任的履行情况之间存在十分密切的关系,也就是说:如果化工企业能
够积极承担社会责任,那么其员工就会具有较高的忠诚度。通过一系列的分析发
现:化工企业社会责任和员工忠诚度之间存在着明显的正相关关系;员工情感忠
诚度在很大程度上受到企业环境责任、社会公众责任和员工责任的践行情况;企
业员工、环境的责任对员工努力忠诚有显著影响;特别是企业的员工责任,会在
很大程度上影响到员工的留职忠诚;本文研究结论的重大意义在于:有利于促使
企业为了培养员工的忠诚度,而积极践行社会责任,提高其责任意识,从而在整
体上提高企业的核心竞争力。最后,以系统归纳研究结论为依据,明确指出本研
究的管理启示、局限性以及未来的发展方向

Study on the influence of the social responsibility of
chemical enterprises on employee loyalty
Abstract
The social responsibility of the enterprise with the rapid development of economy in
the process has become a hot topic, people&39;s expectations for companies, it is not limited in
compliance with the national system or economic benefits, They pay more attention to
effective that enterprises undertake social responsibility and obligation. With the further
industrialization, the conflict of interests between enterprises and all kinds of safety
accidents the leading enterprises and employees to re-examine the enterprises, especially
the rapid development of the eastern area of chemical enterprises in the pursuit of high
yield, serious damage to the environment, and ecological balance. As a part of human
resources is very important in the competition of enterprises, how to stabilize the staff
structure, promote the loyalty of the chemical industry, so that the correct understanding of
the chemical industry to assume the correctness and rationality of social responsibility.
This paper analyzes and discusses the relationship between corporate social
responsibility, employee loyalty and the relationship between corporate social
responsibility and employee loyalty through the use of literature analysis method, and
further defines the concept of corporate social responsibility and employee loyalty, From
the three aspects of environmental responsibility, social public responsibility and employee
responsibility, this paper discusses the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility. In
measuring employee loyalty, it can start from the following aspects: emotional loyalty,
loyalty loyalty and loyalty, The relationship between the assumptions made relevant to the
questionnaire survey, the internal staff of chemical companies to investigate and draw a
series of data, on the basis of the use of SPSS20.0 regression analysis to draw conclusions.
It is found that there is a close relationship between the employee loyalty and the
fulfillment of social responsibility. That is to say, if the chemical enterprise can take the
social responsibility actively, its employees It will have a high loyalty. Through aIII
series of analysis, it is found that there is a clear positive correlation between social
responsibility and employee loyalty of the chemical enterprise. The emotional loyalty of
employees is largely affected by the corporate environmental responsibility, social public
responsibility and employee responsibility. Especially the responsibility of employees, will
affect employee loyalty to a great extent. The significance of the conclusion is that it is
helpful to promote the enterprise&39;s social responsibility and responsibility in order to
cultivate the employee&39;s loyalty. Awareness, so as to improve the overall core
competitiveness of enterprises. In the end, the author draws a conclusion from the
systematical inductive research and points out the revelation, limitations and future
development of this study.
