摘要
食品行业是一个古老的产业,但同时它也是一个朝阳产业。经济水平的发
展、人们生活水平的提高进一步促进了人们对食品的需求,也推动了食品制造
工艺水平的进步,整合优化了食品的行业结构,食品的产品品种得到了极大的
丰富。总而言之,食品行业发展至今,取得了巨大的发展和拓展

食品行业作为泉州市重要支柱产业和五大传统产业之一,目前泉州已经形
成了一大批具有全国市场影响力的品牌,尤其是在休闲食品方面,已跻身全国
三大生产基地之一。同时,泉州的食品行业也开始向高端食品研发、转型、进
阶,同时开辟了欧美、日本、韩国、澳大利亚、新加坡等国际市场

与泉州食品行业广阔的市场和巨大的发展潜力相比,兴业银行泉州分行现
有的业务状况更显得微不足道,缺乏整体营销方案,公私联动情况一般,对小
微食品企业介入较少,营销方案较单一,使用的产品品种较少,粘性较差,未
形成系统的供应链金融业务,且信贷风险的担保方式以保证担保和信用免担保
为主,风险保障水平较低。对食品行业信贷业务的需求分析不到位、对食品行
业产业链上不同市场主体的信贷政策没有针对性、信贷业务没有很好地支持兴
业银行泉州分行的战略定位,弱化了兴业银行泉州分行在泉州区域食品业市场
的同行竞争力

本文着重突出当前泉州食品行业各环节的信贷需求,通过对兴业银行泉州
分行在食品行业信贷现状的深入了解及分析,对兴业银行泉州分行食品行业的
信贷方案提出自己的观点,基于规模及供应链链两个维度,对泉州食品行业的
信贷方案进行设计,制定具有针对性的信贷服务方案和产品,并提出相关的风
险控制建议。本论文通过对兴业银行泉州分行食品行业信贷业务发展现状的分
析,总结其存在的问题,从而针对兴业银行泉州分行未来在食品行业的信贷业
务提出具有参考价值的对策及策略,使其更具有现实意义

Abstract
