随着我国大力推行城镇化建设以及人们生活水平的提高,居民改善住房条件
的需求旺盛,个人住房贷款也成为商业银行重要的利润增长点。建行是我国开办
个人住房贷款最早的商业银行之一,发展迅速。面对周期性的经济危机和我国经
济下行压力的影响,个人住房贷款已经进入风险高发阶段,如何识别、防范、控
制和管理个人住房贷款风险,提升整体资产运行质量,已成为迫切需要解决的问
题,本文分析了上饶市建行的个人贷款风险因素,全面探索了该行风险管理体系
的构建和相关的措施,具有较强的现实意义和理论价值
本文明确了选题的背景和意义,并重点介绍与该课题相关的金融风险的研究
成果,回顾和总结了国内外对于商业银行对个人住房贷款的风险研究方面的理论
