本文试图以正处于快速扩张过程中的 SFHJ 公司为样本,通过系统分析快速扩张
企业面临的人力资源缺口问题的根源以及快速扩张阶段企业基层培训工作需要解决
的具体问题,通过文献法、比较法、调查法等研究方法,最终提出了将将标准化、批
量化、模块化的大生产模式引入到企业基层培训活动中。通过以培训课程的模块化设
计为核心,对培训体系进行有针对性和适应性的改造,来增强培训活动的灵活性,降
低培训工作的难度,提高培训工作的效率,从而形成一套满足企业快速扩张阶段对员
工队伍数量、时限、质量要求的培训工作体系
结合 SFHJ 公司作为垃圾焚烧发电行业企业的具体情况,本文对该公司培训课程
模块化设计的方法进行了研究,并围绕培训课程的模块化对配套的培训工作体系进行
了完善和调整,以期为进一步的实践和推广打下基础。研究提出的相关工作思路和措
施对类似企业的基层培训工作也有一定的借鉴意义

Abstract
The rapid expansion of new enterprises often make strategic choices facing huge
development opportunities, but the objective reality of mature workers are in short supply
but also restricted the rapid pace of expansion. Mature workers are in short supply due to
both external and internal reasons, require companies based on their own, through
strengthening grass-roots training work, continuously feed to a new project, to really
dissolve in the rapid expansion of enterprise human resource supply and demand
contradiction between, creating a suitable for the actual situation, meet the needs of rapid
development of enterprise personnel.
This article attempts to SFHJ company is in the process of rapid expansion as samples,
through systematic analysis of enterprise human resources shortfall faced by rapid
expansion causes rapid expansion phase with grass-roots training work and the need to
address specific issues. Through literature method, and compared method, and survey
method, research method, eventually proposed has barely standardization, and bulk of, and
module of of big production mode introduced to enterprise grass-roots training activities in
the, through will training courses for module of design, and on training system for has
targeted of transformation, to enhanced training activities of flexibility, reduced training
work of difficulty, improve training work of efficiency, to formed a meet enterprise fast
expansion stage on employees team number, and quality requirements of training system.
SFHJ the internal situation, the paper design of the modular training courses, to
improve and adjust the training system in order to lay the Foundation for the next practice
and promotion, relevant ideas and measures of similar grass-roots training work has
significance.
