企业文化是企业在长期的生产经营活动中,经过了企业管理者的倡导,全体员工

共同时间而形成的管理思想、管理作风、价值标准、道德规范、规章制度、传统习惯等

的综合反映,是一种以人为中心而建立起来的上下一致、共同遵守的价值体系。企业的

精神文化是企业在生产经营过程中形成的精神成果和文化观念,处于企业文化体系中的

核心位置,是最深层次的文化。

兰州石化公司企业精神文化的构建主要经历了 “两兰”的创业发展、“两兰”重

组运营、“两兰”合并发展三个阶段。兰州石化公司按照“坚持以人为本,坚持科学发

展,坚持技术进步,坚持事实求是,坚持强化三基,坚持过程管控”的管理思想,在继

承发扬“两兰”优良传统的基础上,借鉴吸收现代企业管理的优秀成果,构建了适应市

场经济需求、符合企业长远发展战略、体现员工根本利益,具有兰州石化管理特色的企

业精神文化。

本文在国内外企业精神文化理论研究成果的基础上,运用调查分析的方法,深入

分析了兰州石化公司企业精神文化的建设目标,并对兰州石化公司企业精神文化的建设

的途径,总结出了、个7y面:继承和创新的建设先进企业精神文化;企业精祌文化建设

结合思想政治工作促进管理升级;发挥精神文化建设在企业文化中的作用,同时对兰州

石化公司企业精神文化的作用机制进行了分析研宂。

Abstract

Corporate culture is a comprehensive reflection of management idea, management style,

value standard, moral criterion, rules and regulations as well as traditional customs which

were cultivated during the corporate long-term production and operating activities by all staff

on the initiative of the- manager. It is also a kind of consistently and mutually used

human-centered value system. Corporate spiritual culture is the spiritual achievements and

cultural idea cultivated during the corporate production and operating activities which is the

deepest eulture as well as the core of corporate eulture system.

The development of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's spiritual culture has

experienced the establishment, reorganization of the operations, and merges development

of “Lanlian,,and ‘‘Lanhua”_ According to “ putting people first, pursuing

scientific development, insisting the technology advancement, being practical and realistic,

strengthening three element work, insisting process control”,on the basis of inheriting and

carrying forward the fine tradition of “Lanlian” and Lanhua,

Lanzhou Petrochemical Company took example of outstanding achievements of modern

enterprise management,and built the corporate spiritual culture characterized by its

management features which met the needs of market economy, conformed to the

company's long-term development strategy, and reflected the staffs fundamental interests.

Based on the research results of corporate spiritual culture theory at home and abroad,

this article further analyzed the building goal of the corporate spiritual culture of

Lanzhou Petrochemical Company by means of investigation and analysis, and proposed

original viewpoint and idea on the impact of current corporate spiritual culture of our

country's petrochemical enterprises. This article summarized three aspects on the ways of

building Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's spiritual culture: inheriting and innovating

advanced corporate spiritual culture, combining the coiporate spiritual culture with

ideological political work to promote management, playing the role of spiritual culture

construction in corporate culture, investigating operational mechanism of spiritual culture of

Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.
