伴随我国经济的快速增长以及房地产行业的蓬勃发展,建筑装饰行业取得了高速的
发展.随着建筑装饰行业的持续发展,更多的企业进入行业,市场竞争越来越激烈。而在
当今信息化时代,资源市场共享度已大大提高,企业的竞争归根结底表现为人力资源的
竞争。YB建筑装饰有限公司是一家处于成长期的建筑装饰公司,公司规模较小,组织
结构单一,绩效考核不完善,员工工作积极性低下,如何优化绩效考核体系,及时激发
员工的积极性,有效提高公司竞争力是YB建筑装饰有限公司管理层当下的重要任务。
本文首先分析和总结国内外学者的现有研究成果,并深度剖析了 YB建筑装饰有限
公司的绩效考核现状,通过分析找出了其绩效考核的问题所在,并对其原因进行了分析
和研究。然后,依据缋效考核的相关理论,设计出YB建筑装饰有限公司绩效考核体系
的优化方案,并针对优化后的方案进行评价。最后,实施优化后的绩效考核体系,并对
实施后的效果进行评价。同时,本文还提出优化后的绩效考核体系得以顺利实施的保障
措施,以及后续的改进计划和方案。
本研究建立了 YB建筑装饰有限公司的基本的绩效考核体系,给企业管理层在员工
绩效管理方面提供了明确的指引。同时也给同行提供了绩效考核方面的参考。

Optimize the System of Performance Appraisal Base on
YB Architecture and Decoration Corporation
Abstract
With the rapid growth of economy in our country and the vigorous development of the
real estate industry, architecture and decoration industry also get great development. With the
continuous development of architectural and decoration industry,more and more enterprises
will join into the industry, which will increase the competition between enterprises. With the
advent of the era of information technology, resource market share has been greatly improved-
Enterprise's competition is the competition of human resources. YB architecture and
decoration corporation which still be in the growth stage, have a smaller scale, a single
organizational structure, chaotic performance appraisal system and extremely unreasonable
performance management How to optimize the performance of appraisal system,arouse the
enthusiasm of employees and improve the company competitiveness is an important task of
the manager of YB architecture and decoration corporation.
Firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing research results of scholars both
at home and abroad, and deeply analyzes the performance appraisal system of YB architecture
and decoration corporation. Then,based on relevant theories of performance appraisal, we
design the optimized plan for the performance appraisal system and evaluate the optimized
solution. Finally, we implement the optimized performance appraisal system and evaluate the
effect after implementation. At the same time, this article also puts forward safeguard
measures to guarantee the implementation of the optimized performance appraisal system,
and offers the subsequent improvement plan and scheme.
Research of this paper basically sets up the performance appraisal system of YB
architecture and decoration corporation,and provides a clear direction for enterprise managers
on performance management. At the same time, our research also provides a reference of
performance evaluation to their peers.
