摘要

汽车行业的高速发展给汽车相关企业带来了巨大的外部竞争压力。在这种压力下促

进了企业自身为了维护竞争能力的引发的研发领域的变革需求。当前在国内外知名企

业,研发项目的知识管理已经得到越来越多的关注。研讨如何提高研发项目的知识管理

水平,以最终提高研发核心竞争力这一战略目标是一项重要且紧迫的课题。

本文研究了大量的文献概念并据此提出了在W公司研发项目中改善知识管理水平的

一些措施和建议。本文的研究分3个阶段进行。

第一阶段主要阐述了知识管理和学习型组织的相关理论概念和模型。从理论角度铺

叙了研发项目的知识管理研究现状;知识管理绩效评价的一些主要方法和指标设定;学

习型组织的经典模式等。这些理论成果作为本文研究的重要参考方法和工具。

第二阶段着重于对公司当前的研发项目中的知识管理绩效进行评价。首先从当前的

知识需求与知识现状的缺口为切入点,提出W公司研发项目中可能存在缺乏知识管理的

问题。其次使用员工问卷调查获得原始数据并通过知识管理绩效评价模型进行分析。最

后,根据模型分析结果将问题归纳于信息系统,知识内容与管理流程和组织制度文化三

个层面并深入解析各个层面的问题根源。

第三阶段提出了两条改善措施。第一,知识管理过程优化。第二,在研发团队中建

立起学习型组织。

最后研究得出了以下结论:(1)提高研发项目知识管理水平的首要措施是将研发项

目本身的流程阶段与知识活动过程的契合。(2)学习型组织与知识管理活动过程的深度

整合有利于促进知识管理的良性发展。

The Research on Knowledge Management of R & D Project in W Company

Abstract

The rapid development of automobile industry has brought enormous pressure to the

external competitive automotive related businesses.The change of demand in the research

field was caused by the enterprise to maintain competition ability which was promoted under

this pressure.

Currently, KM (Knowledge Management) in R&D project has got more and more

attention in those well know enterprises in the domestic and foreign. The study of how

to improve the level of KM in R & D project in W company to improve the core

competitiveness as strategy goal is an important and urgent topic.

This paper presents some measures and suggestions to improve the level of KM in R &

D project in W company with the study of a lot of literature concept and accordingly. This

study was conducted in 3 stages.

The first stage, mainly describes the relevant theories and model of KM and learning

organization. Expound the present situation of research on KM in R & D project from a

theoretical point of view; the main methods and KM performance evaluation; the classic

model of learning organization. These theoretical results to determine the approximate method

and model research tool in this paper.

The second stage focuses on the analysis about the current situation of KM in R & D

management in the company. First of all, put the gap of knowledge demand and knowledge

status as the breakthrough point. There may be a lack of KM problems of W company in the

R&D project. Secondly, the use of employee questionnaire to obtain the original data then

carries on the analysis through the knowledge management maturity model. Finally,

according to the analysis results of the model summed up the problems as three aspects:

Information tool,knowledge and management process, organization culture.

The third stage put forward improvement measures. Firstly, the KM process optimization.

Secondly,advocating the establishment of learning organizations in the R&D team.

Finally, the research drew the following conclusions: (1) Combine knowledge activity

with R&D project process is the precondition to improve the KM capability. (2) The deep

integration of learning organization and KM process is beneficial to promote the benign

development of KM.
