摘要

经济全球化与中国经济的飞速发展,带来了中国猎头行业的产生与快速成长。本文

通过对F猎头公司的候选人匹配度的研究,找出候选人匹配度与运营战略之间的影响关

系,并基于候选人匹配度的提升,阐述了运营战略的改善对策。首先,本文对猎头行业

进行概述,用PEST方法对猎头公司的运营进行宏观环境分析,探讨了猎头行业的经济

特性;从猎头匹配实践的前期匹配与后期匹配角度,论述了候选人匹配度的影响因素,

探讨提升匹配度的方法,以及猎头公司的运营战略与候选人匹配度的相互关系。其次,

本论文围绕个案分析,阐述了F猎头公司的背景与现状,对F猎头公司的运营战略与猎

头项目运作中候选人匹配度现状进行调查研判,揭示了影响F猎头公司候选人匹配度的

问题及造成这些问题的深层次原因,继而说明了 F猎头公司的运营战略对其候选人匹配

度的影响。最后,从提升候选人匹配度的角度,构建了 F猎头公司的新型运营战略,并

给出了新型运营战略的具体实施与应用。

本文从运营战略的视角审视中国猎头行业的发展轨迹,本文的研究成果对中国本土

猎头企业成长与发展有很好的参考价值。

F Headhunting Company's Operating Strategy Research~Based on

Compatibility

Abstract

With the Economic globalization and rapid development of Chinese economy, Chinese

headhunting industry has come into being and develops quickly. This article makes an

investigation and research of candidate compatibility in F executive firm, to find the

relationship between candidate matching degree and operation strategy, and based on the

ascension of candidate matching degree, expounds the tactics to improve the operating

strategy. Firstly,this article introduces the headhunting industry, uses PEST method to analyze

executive firm operating macro environment, this paper discusses the economic

characteristics of headhunting industry. By the early matching and late matching for

headhunting matching practice, this paper discusses the factors that impact the candidate

matching degree and researches the measures of improving compatibility, as well as the

relationship between operating strategy and matching degree of candidates. Secondly,

surrounding the case analysis, this paper gives the background and present situation of F

Company. From F company's operating strategy and candidates matching degree in

headhunting project operation, do the detailed investigation and research. Analyzes the

problems which influence F candidate matching degree and reveals the root cause of them.

And then illustrates the F company's operating strategy has influence on its candidate

matching degree. Finally, from the point of adding the candidate matching degree,this paper

builds the F headhunting company's improving operating strategy, and gives the concrete

implementation and application of operational strategy.

In this thesis, the writer review the China headhunting fields' long-term development

from the point of the operating strategy, the research results in this article have a very good

reference value to headhunting companies in China, for their growth and development.
