文章共分五部分，第一部分是高校后勤公司的主要经营管理模式；第二部
分为高校后勤公司现状与面临的环境；第三部分为高校后勤公司效益增长模式；
第四部分是以西南石油大学为例所进行的综合分析；第五部分是高校后勤公司
采取什么样的增长方式。
本文通过分析，现代高校后勤公司应转变原有的效益增长方式，拓宽经营
范围，利用国家、学校政策，利用高校现有的优势资源，把主要经济增长点集
中到高新产品、稀缺资源和差异化服务上，实现传统后勤的公益化服务，为教
学科研、人才培养、师生服务提供良好的育人环境。

Abstract
Since college logistics reform, university administrative functions after stripping
